You can insert the file in the plugin ‘languages’ in plugin folder.
Yes, I did insert the file but the language still remains in English. Is there somewhere a place within any of the plugin files where the PO file is linked referenced, or should I delete the other PO files within the language folder?
You need create a PO and MO files. Name it like wpcalc-pregnancy-es_ES.mo and wpcalc-pregnancy-es_ES.po. And insert into the language folder. Or you can use the free plugin Loco Translate for this
I did, and it’s still the same language, English. Do I have to change the wordpress Language to the language I need so it pick up the translated PO/MO files, or is there a place within any of the plugin files where you tell to hook to the PO/MO files so it renders the language I want?

I would like to know if the plugin allows the site admin to set the milestone content themselves, or if the phrases are hard set by the plugin (shown in the green boxes in the demo). eg. Wk 6+7 “Heartbeat detection on an Ultrasound”. We would like to change the words displayed, and potentially alter which weeks a milestone is shown on.
Is that configurable, or would we be required to edit the plugin files to acheive? We are only intertested in English language.
