Does this plugin allow for an upvoting Reddit style forum?
When I say upvoting Reddit style forum, I mean posts that have an algorithm that recycled top rating comments within a few days. that ensures that upvoted comments take turns being on the top.
I come across too many with upvoting, but upvoted comments remain on top forever.
The goal is to have a book store, and when customers click on books, there will be options to buy book, and an upvoting Reddit style forum underneath for the community to talk about the book.

I checked and it seems Reddit is not allowing any more links that are shortened to be posted – they return this error:
bit.ly is not allowed on reddit: link shorteners are smelly
