Hello,
Since the last version, for Ephesus (and Arnica) in mobile version, the windows that open are no longer centered but shifted to the left, so they are unreadable. I’m back to the previous versions. This also happens when we go to see the demos on your site with a mobile.

hey, when I click on plugin mode button (Coming soon mode) in main option, it’s get blue and then i save it, but nothing works then I refresh my page and see that button is not working

I didn’t change the version number. You can remove & reinstall it. No data loss.

You should clear the browser cache, too. I tried it on my website before updating. Everything was ok!

You are using still old version. You must remove the plugin & reinstall it again after downloading.

I checked files of free version. It seems that it wasn’t updated. I wonder how that can be. If you PM me, I’ll send you fixed version.

I fixed a few days ago. You should download & install it again. Plugin data won’t be lost. Also, don’t forget to clear the browser cache.

No. You can search on old comments. There is no an issue about it. But, maybe Google Maps JS API key required issue. You can open Devwloper Tools of your browser to see error message and solve.
Hi, the Ephesus plugin is BEAUTIFUL and works like a charm with its options.
I’ve installed it properly and set all the options the way I want, but it’s failing in four small ways compared to the demo. Is there a quick answer to any of the following?
1) the “More Info” button in the lower left corner activates the info menu (the button state changes and the navigation text moves toward the center), but no information shows up. The information only shows up when clicking the Nav menu options directly.
2) The nav menu text options show up in the upper right corner instead of the center right side like the demo (I am assuming this is my local website’s CSS styling interfering, perhaps?)
3) The “stars” background function works, but the “constellation” and “rainbow stars” both do not show up at all.
4) The social media icons in the footer don’t go to “facebook.com/mypage,” but instead they go to “mypage.com/facebook.com/mypage.” How to fix?

AthenaStudio, thank you for your fast reply. I had tried your suggestion already of adding the https://, but it jogged my mind to try adding the “www.” and for some reason that worked, adding the www. Thank you for your help on that.
I found discovered that for some reason there is a long delay between when I save changes in the Ephesus options, and when they appear live. Knowing that will probably fix the “constellation” background image not showing up, because it had been stuck on raindrops and was staying there because of a delay, probably on my server.
That takes care of my issues except for the navigation buttons being stuck in the upper right corner, and the main “My Info” button not showing the information panel. I have been using Ephesus while my website is under construction at https://releasingpurpose.com. I think for my current aims and small audience, what I have going will work for now. Thank you for making this beautiful plugin.

Good morning. Today, I have purchased a new license of the plugin, downloaded and installed the latest version, and this has fixed some of my earlier issues.
I have the following two issues left. You can view them at releasingpurpose.com:
1) The navigation pages are not displaying correctly and not showing the pages. I am guessing that this is a conflict with the website’s existing CSS or something, but I would appreciate your help pointing me what to turn off if you see a possible answer.
2) The Subscribe button opens the popup, but when I put an email address and click “Submit,” nothing is happening. This function is probably the most important one that I need.

You should use MailChimp or other options for the Subscription which is described in the help file.

Hello, I just installed the plugin and tested the subscribe not using MailChimp and after entering my email it doesn’t want to send and doesn’t show up in the backend list

Hi, I would like to buy your plugin for a restaurant, but I would like to insert a custom button that refers to the digital menu. Is it possible to replace the newsletter button with an external link? My client doesn’t use mailchimp. Unfortunately I need an urgent response because the site is down and I need to install it right away.
You can edit template/index.php or send me WP admin login info as PM with external url to replace the button content.
