Hello, I bought the App for Android and it is not fair that it was not an update but a new project, if you had told me I would have bought it and not the obsolete one.
Can I pay the difference so as not to miss out on this new app?
That was Android app and here we have IOS and Android app and its altogether a new product

nope, We haven’t supported in-app purchases and apple will approve that there is no issue
The products are digital products to be used inside the app so apple will reject the app. Apple will not allow you to buy outside their platform and consume the products inside
we can use in-app but it’s not compulsory for the approval
I wish you would just include it. I had another app rejected because of this. It was for selling courses inside the app and it was rejected because in-app purchases was not set up

Hello Jim, we just biught the android app this do we have to buy this again ? can we just get the IOS app since we have the android app recently purchased ?
You can purchase the new one and raise refund request for the old one because we are going to discontinue that app

Okay but we just bought the former one just few days ago, its unfair to be telling us to buy this first and then seek refund, its best to ask us just top up the difference and get the new version since you guys are discontinuing the old one. That’s the only fair thing to do in this case. so kindly send us a link to pay the difference of $20 and get the new react native mobile app solution.
Codecanyon/Envato platform does not allow us to take the balance and adjust with new item, we can send you a direct link to make $20 payment but in that case you will have to write us for updates if we make in future and thats why I suggested you to raise a refund request and buy the new one but if you are still willing to pay the difference only thn its OK, I will send you our PayPal id where you can make the payment and I will send you apps files.
