1) If you want to reduce height then add following css in your custom css file

.jag-faq-theme9 .jag-flip-faq .front, .jag-faq-theme9 .jag-flip-faq .back{
  min-height : 120px;
}

Note: You can set height based on your requirement.

2) For width add following css

.jag-faq-theme9 .jag-flip-faq-wraper{
  width: 300px;
  margin: 0 auto;
}

We are UI developers. So not too much idea about prestashop.
As you mentioned you want to integrate FAQ in prestashop, we have found some solutions from google.
If you want to create static page with static content:
1) Add css & js files in your theme css & js folder
2) You need to create a .tpl(for e.g faq.tpl) file and add your FAQ with content.
3) Add required css & javascript files of FAQ theme in footer.tpl or header.tpl
4) Create a menu link in header.
5) Need to add some code in controller to call this tpl file (need prestashop developer)

OR

If you want to make dynamic and integrate with Prestashop
- You need to create a prestashop module that will allow to add faqs from backend and shown on frontend.
