Problem with details pages

When trying to go to the details page I get a 404 error, the URL looks like this: mysite/cmc-exchange-details/

But in HTML explorer i see this: <link rel=”canonical” href=”https://mysite/exchange//”> (after “exchange” empty //)

I have reinstalled the plugin several times (deleting the template pages)

After reinstallation, template pages are created, but pages are not generated, or a different URL is assigned (different from the sitemap)

I don’t know how to check if the pages actually exist.

I use “Rank Math”, “Permalink Manager”, “Hummingbird”

I’m out of ideas how to fix this, need help

Hi, I bought the Crypto Widgets Pro plugin, Exchanges Pro and ICO Pro plugins for my WP site.

I have successfully installed and activated (with the license key) the CryptoWidgets Pro plugin, but I cannot get the Exchanges Pro and the ICO pro one to work. I simply get the following error:
