Hi Guys I hope you can help, I have purchased this item, but it doesn’t appear to work. I have set up the plugin and tested it by setting my own DOB, it’s showing in the calendar, but the email doesn’t appear to be triggered. Please advise.

It seems you didn’t bother to update the plugin for a very long time. Is this plugin still supported? If yes, would you please update it to show it supports latest Woocommerce & latest WP?

Hello Author Having issue regarding mail trigger for some birthday users In mail logs we are not able to see mail trigger for user who have birthday in this month (Feb). Have kept setting of 15 days prior birthday mail should be trigger but it won’t.

However, they are only in wordpress as “customer” but not in woocommerce. As I see it, they are entered there when they have ordered the first time. But I want to send the voucher also to those who have not yet ordered in the new Woocommerce. Also the old customers should be considered.

On 06 August i sent a Reminder.

I purchased the plugin today, But I have issue on the calendar. When I test the plugin with different emails and place order with birthday, it can not appear on the calendar. It appears only one, even though I placed order with different email and different birthday data. And 2nd thing is, it shows me only first name, Not other details, how we can get the email address or other user data from calendar. because it is not showing anything else, not even in popups.

I have set one of the account’s birthday to 13/7 (according to the default setting in Coupon Before Birthday, so i set the birthday 1 day after 12/7). However I didn’t receive any birthday coupon related email in mail box.

1- We already ask for a birth date during checkout, can the plugin use that data and not add another field? We can not have 2 identical fields during checkout.
