For your issues, kindly share the screenshots and errors in detail. If you can share the laravel.log file from the root>storage>logs location, that will be good.

There are no instructions in the image for step 3 that covers installing on a sandbox in a sub-folder. There are no instructions on how to later move from the sandbox to the live domain in a sub folder. Please provide me the instructions.

Project movement feature is not available yet, you have to install directly in the folder, where you need the application.
Regarding Sub-domain, we have explained with example, still if you don’t understand, kindly share you exact query with the screenshots of the errors.

We have written nowhere that, we support the project movement.
And about fresh installation, everything’s clearly mentioned everything on the support document. We just ask for the hosting credentials, only for the ease of the customers, but it’s not required. If you can install the CRM on your own, it’s much better for us.
Still if you are need support at any specific point, please share the screenshot of the issues you are facing on our support email address.

A client can be your customer. If you add any normal user under the users section, it can be logged in from the same login page as an admin.
But, if you create a new customer, it will ask you to enter a username and password for your customer/client. Which can be used on the client login page.

2) Client (as Role client in the CRM) can see only their own data, whether its an estimate, proposal or invoice. If you are talking about CRM admin, still we don’t offer any insights related to Social Media Platforms.

1. I didn’t get your point regarding download process, if you are talking about installation of the CRM on your server. You have to share your server credentials to our support team after purchase, our team will setup the CRM on your server on your behalf.
2. Yes, there is a file in the project for each language, which you can can update as you need.
3. Yes, you can add as many languages as you need, but you have to create the language file for the language you want to add. Our team will then support you to connect that file to your project.

1.) Yes, you have to email the CPanel details to our support team.
2.) There is no charge for installation service. But it is one time service.
3.) We don’t offer any support regarding language translation, You can use Google Language translator to translate the strings. You have to translate approx. 500-600 strings for any new language file.
