Hi, thanks for the quick reply. But I only see the option to choose the type of reward but not to disable. I will explain my needs so you can let me know if the plugin is correct for my uses or it need a modification that sure I will pay for: I provide to my customers a reading tarots service by telephone. So, I need to create for example 3 product (product 1= $10 to credit 10 points, product 2= $20 to credit 20 points, etc..) when customer buy one of this product is buying point to call my telephone number and request ex. 10 minuted whit me at telephone, when the call end I need to detract 10 point to his balance. So, if the customer want to call me again he need to buy another $10 to earn other 10 minutes (points)

Yes, It is possible with this plugin. There is option available for disable the automatic redeem points. Admin can adjust the points for their users.

Ok, maybe now I have understood. So the customer buy points but cannot buy products using the points accumulated. Products must bought only using money. Is that correct? Ok I’m going to buy the plugin but if I will need your support for paid modification can I ask? Thank you!
