Is there an option to change the default options from the Timesheet summary (the search form “All time” si taking a long time and is irelevant for me)?

You can set Default Template, which will be loaded by default instead of All time data.

Good morning, is it possible to enter the time and execution time of the task directly from the task form?

In this way, there will be no double processing within Perfex.

Thank you for taking time in reviewing the item. Timesheet module is separate from default Task Form. That’s why people can easily add his timesheet via calendar view.

I think there is a bug in “Time Log Summary” function? When I try to see the timesheet logs grouped by Project I can see them; but when I try to see them grouped by Client I get an empty list. Maybe it’s a compatibility issue with latest version of Perfex?

Thanks to the author for the quick email reply. My misunderstanding: it requires tasks to be created in Perfex explicitely related to clients.

Hello, instead of entering each date and time worked, can is there an option to simply select task or project and enter number of hours? Or select a range of dates and just enter the hours you worked for that range or week or month?

No. Right now you have to add hours for the date that you worked.

Hello sir, the calender which is used in timesheet is entity of perfex crm. So it will adopt the settings of default calendar. Hope you can understand. For more help, you can raise support ticket. So we can help you in batter way. Thanks

It’s because you refresh the calendar after editing. Can you turn that off?

No, dutch is dd-mm. Look at the calendar in the dashboard when switching to dutch. This one is working well!

In manage timesheets: I switch to weekview, click 3 weeks in the past. After editing a timesheet the screen refreshes to month view en today.

This is annoying!

Hello, timesheet will show default view as per set in perfex when it will load. So you can change to week view from perfex settings, if you want to see permanently in week view. For more help, you can contact us via support. Thanks

a simple question. Could e use your plugin to share an appointment date with a customer.

Example : I create a reminder about a customer in my calendar (admin side) My customer connected to his/her area can see that reminder also on the calendar.

That new button is badically to create new filter template of timesheet summary. So you can create new filter template.

I can’t see the timesheet module in your demo link. Where can I test this?

If you login with demo_timesheet@demo.com, then hou will be able to see Timesheets-> Time logs summary.

HI, is possible to track hour worked without to dependency to customer, project, ...? In need a solution that help me trak ma work hour without to be related so something else. Is possible?

You can calculate log hours of task. Now, that task may be independent or related to any project, customer, invoice etc. You can fill free test the demo given in description.

I’m interested in this module only if you plan to implement the option to share a book and all of it’s contents (articles and mindmaps) with a customer. More specifically with specific customer contacts.

Eg: A company that’s a customer of mine, have 3 contacts assigned (employee of my customer company). I would like to be able to create a book with articles specific to sales workflow of the customer. So I want to share this book and it’s articles and mind maps only with one contact from that company. The one responsible with the sales flow.

If you intend to do that, please tell me so I will wait for the update and purchase, or I will find a workaround to achieve this.

1. Finally a module to charge hours, without going into each project, then each task. With the calendar, much faster for our teams.

2. We have several projects with the same tasks. This makes a huge list with the same tasks. Difficult to see which project this concerns.

Presales question – Can we see the Notes of the timesheet in the shown/hidden folder list? Also can you select more than one selections from the dropdown like multiple users and multiple projects in the filter list?

I am not getting your point “shown/hidden folder list”. Right now only one project, user at a time can be selected, but we will think about it in updates, if it will be feasible. Thank you.

Apologies for not being clear. We want to see the NOTES section in the column when you see the filter results of the timesheet by any task. Is that possible?

Notes may have very long data, that’s why it is not feasible to add as column. If you need, we can customize it for you by sending your requirement at info@sejalinfotech.com.

I need a task to be repeated every day except Saturday and Sunday, is there a way to do this? thanks

This module is to create timesheet for the task and manage it, not for creating new tasks. Thanks

Instead of calculating complete (day/night, on work and off work) hours, can we calculate worked hours only. For example, 4 days means 32 hours max, not 96 hours.

We are calculating hours for which staff has entered. In main Perfex basic functionality, there is no restriction of Hours in Task’s Log time.
