Hi! Can I manually add entries to the spreadsheet? Or is the sheet only for entries from the Gravity Form?

Can I set a condition if field x = 21 data will be sent to google sheet 21 and if field x = 22 data will be sent to google sheet 22?

Yes you can create different feed for each sheet and set conditional logic in it to run it only if condition is met.

Hello – I have downloaded the plug in, installed it, configured the API (it says authorized), I can view the spreadsheet list but it does not list any names in the “sheet” section where I need to select a sheet. Google says the app does have access to google docs and google drive.

I have a couple of presale questions 
1) Can I output to Google Sheets the “source url” that the form was sent from?
This info is a column you can see in Gravity Forms admin (Entries panel) however it’s not a field that is specifically part of the form being sent. I have the same form on many pages which I want to track which pages it got submitted from.
2) Can I have multiple forms (even from different websites) output to the same Google Sheet?
OK don’t worry about it. I bought the plugin and answered my own questions (YES it does!).
I’ve been wanting to set something up like this for years; I have a network of sites that each have about 7-8 different contact forms each and wanted to combine analytics from all of them in to one place in DataStudio. Now I have +50 forms from multiple websites all sending info to one Google Sheet which I am pulling the data from in to DataStudio… amazing!

You have to add new feed in gravity forms and there is setting in it to map header with form fields.
But, is it an auto match? Or i have to map manually each header with the form fields?

Hi! I sent a message via your website a couple of days ago, but I didn’t get any notification back. So I am posting my concerns here:
I have been using Gravity Forms Google Spreadsheet Addon for years. Recently I encountered two independent issues that I would like to bring to your attention:
1. Entry Date: Format Due to localization, I am using the the following Settings => General; Date > Y.m.d; Time > H:i
The issue is that when the Entry Date field is processed into my Google Sheet, the timestamp will show as Y.m.d, H:i, which creates a problem with Google Sheets as it cannot be recognized as a Date. I tried writing a formula that substitutes the problematic characters (really, it’s only the comma). Still, I try to avoid ArrayFormula’s within the same sheet that your plugin writes to, as it causes issues with inserting. Therefore I query it into another sheet, where I apply the formulas. However, with the date format issue, those rows will not appear due to the comma in the cell. I checked in the gf_entry table, and the date_created columns use YYYY-mm-d H:i:s The odd thing is that other feeds on this same installation seem to be working fine (using the date_created format). If I re-sync the entries, it seems to be okay. It’s only when new rows are added (no cell format applied) to the sheet that things go wrong. I don’t know why that comma gets added.
2. Entry Updates I am using the Gravity Flow add-on or processing the Add-on when an entry is updated, which some others have asked you about on CodeCanyon.

Hello, a few issues/questions. I did send this to your swb support so ignore one if you prefer answering here or there. But I felt this info is important for people deciding to buy or not.
1: If we change the column order in the spreadsheet or add admin columns after it has been mapped it messes everything up and needs to be completely re-mapped. Is this normals? It seems it mapps to the column Letter and not the heading.
2: Can I re-sync the same item to the same row? When we update submissions data in Gravity forms it does not sync to the spreadsheet unless you manually sync which creates a duplicate entry in the spreadsheet for EVERY submission.
3: Can conditional logic for when it sync apply to admin fields edits which happens in the back-end after the initial form is submitted.

Please remove any formatting in sheet headers if you have any. Also please check if the data is being added to extreme right columns.

Can you only submit unique orders to google sheet. i have many customer how submit moretimes to GF and i only whant the mosted full submission into google sheets.
do you have also replace function? exp. Customer insert “1” and when customer insert “1” we want to insert a sentences into google sheet.

I’m going to buy the wordpress plugin but I have a few questions.
I want a verification section before the customer fills the form.
If the verification is valid I want it to fill the form.
Example;
The customer has a gift code. The customer will enter the gift code in the textbox and if the code is valid, the form will open and then I will receive information such as the customer’s name and surname.
If this is possible I want to buy your plugin.
will it sync when gravity form entry is updated?
I already configured mostly everything and successfully seelcted a spreadsheet and a sheet, but I’m having trouble mapping the headers and have the following message: Map Sheet Headers No mapping fields are available.
Any way to fix this???

Headers are the first row columns in your sheet. Do you have labels in them?
When using the plugin, there is no loading notification for the user that the form has been submitted. At the same time, there are no problems in the console.
Pre-sale question: Is this capable of sending data from several different forms to a single Google spreadsheet? For example: three different forms to a single sheet with each separate set of form entries as a separate tab inside the spreadsheet.

I just bought your plugin and I can’t find a way to synchronize the payment meta information (gravity paypal and stripe add-ons).
Can I send the payment info to gSheet? 1. whether the payment was successful or not; 2. Transaction ID; 3. date and time of the transaction.
This is important to me. Otherwise I have to request a refund. Thanks in advance
