Thanks. It is working. I have a pre-buying question. Can guest process order outside business hours. Lets say i set up opening hour 9am to 2 pm. But someone tried to order at 4 pm. What will be the senario in that case?
If they want to order they have to select time between 9am to 2 pm, but time works in pickup order. and the others order they can do order. In the future update will add more features based on time.

exactly how does the customer reads the qr code using phone?do they need to use any qr reading app or through whatsapp.its written here that no app is needed
Customer can easily read the qr code using their smartphone. QR scanner is available in any Smartphone. And also sent order using their WhatsApp. Thank you!

KDS is only for who order from restaurant and they can see the order process with token. And for the other orders they can get a option to track the order process. You can get all information after complete order.

Hello, when adding items to the cart, I am unable to add more than one of the same item. For example if one person was ordering for a table of four, it is not possible to add multiples of the same item to the cart. I realise the number of items can be changed in the checkout, but this is not intuitive for the customer. Please could you fix it. Thanks

Hi, the QR code generator makes no sense to me. I and others ( probably most) would like to be able to create a QR code for a table which allows the customer to scan the code, then select anything from the menu, and then place the order. The current system is really weird where a code is generated for a table, but only for a subset of the menu, which the customer cannot select from, but instead must buy it as one package. Please change the way the QR code per table works to allow a customer to select tfrom he whole menu.

Hi, one more suggestion, please could you make it so restaurant owner can decide whether to include pictures of menu items or just text. At the moment if no image is included the view shows missing image, which doesn’t look good. Some restaurant owners will want to just add text. Thanks

Hello, thanks for the great work so far. A couple of improvements which would really help. 1. could you please make it so a QR code is generated for the restaurant itself, this would link to the restaurant home page (in case people just wish to view the menu) 2. Please generate a QR code for each table, the current QR code generator is OK for advertising special offers or particular menu items, but if it could just generate a QR code for each table which takes the customer to the home page of the restaurant that would be great. Ideally this would be generated automatically when the table is added.
With these changes this already great solution will be even better. Thanks
Just to clarify, currently the QR builder only allows packages to be created related to table number, this is a problem as when scanned the customer then has no option to add or amend anything, they can only order the package in its entirety. I can understand this would work for a special meal deal maybe, but most places just want their customers to be able to scan a QR code and then select any items from the menu. Some other solutions provide one generic QR code for the whole restaurant, other solutions provide a separate QR for each table, which then provides some grouping of orders by table number for the staff. please could you amend your system to do one or both of these scenarios? I note that the QR code for the whole restaurant is already generated and is shown in the footer of the restaurant, so guess that would be relatively simple to make that downloadable for the restaurant owner to print.

Yes I know, but then the order does not appear in the table order list. It would be really useful to collect orders by table number so the waiting staff can see what is due for payment, then when the customer pays the waiter marks the table order as complete, and it is removed from the list. Next customer that occupies the table scans the QR, selects their dishes from menu, place order. Customer 2 at same table also orders something, this would be grouped with the table number, until payment made. Otherwise the waiter will need to sort through the orders and sum them up to collect the payment from the table.

Hey mate got two questions:
1. Do you plan to add automatic order bluetooth reciept printing or any cloud, Android PDA order printing?.
As you know, A bussy restaurant don’t have time to chack restaurant admin dashbord to see orders so it will be very good to add any printing addon very soon.
I have visited 27 restaurantes to offer this system idea to them, and 90% ask mi ¿How will they get the orders from customers? and i told them they will need to check from restaurant admin dashbord, and they told mi this way is not efficient for them, Rather a terminal printer is the best way for them.
