Yes you can change this game after buy. It’s full project, you can open it in Unity and change any part of this game.

No, this game based on Unity engine (All other my games based on SpriteKit, it’s Apple native game engine). You use Xcode only for uploading completed bundle to AppStore (How it do described in documentation folder). Yes you can add more levels, it’s also described in documentation. Yes you can edit this in Windows, but for uploading to AppStore you need Xcode (it’s only Mac software).

You can build it for Android, I think it’s not problem. But you need fill in-apps id’s for Android and test it. But I did not test it with Android.
I mark this game like for “iOS only” because I don’t has big experience with Android devices. But this game can work on android devices.
