Does this Form creator also include the files that contact the API to insert the form fields? In other words, when the form is created and saved as Swift UI does it generate the Insert to table query that would be needed for connecting with, for instance, a mysql database through a php connection.

Regrettably, the feature you are seeking is unavailable; however, customization can be accommodated.
I want to build, using Swift UI, XCode on my MacPro M1, an app for IPADs installed with the latest iOS platform. A login-authentication where username & passwords are pre-assigned before the first use. On authorization (checking php connection to mysql database table on a domain I have … php form already working online) the next view is a multipart form that will break up 20 inputs into sections per view.
I’d like the default save on form submit to be stored locally in sqlite or some such db. Then, when a strong enough wifi connection is established the iPad app wlll start synching to the online database. Of course, notifications of progress, completion showing.
