Why is the function Visitor Location displayed in the demo and after the purchase I realize that this function is not available? This is misleading!

We would like to bring our sincere apologies for this situation. Our developers have already started working on fixing the issue and removing Visitor’s Location option from live preview.
Unfortunately, this option cannot be implemented in our Wordpress Weather Plugin indeed and the reason is as follows. Location identification is a paid service that can cost more expensive than the plugin itself depending on the number of requests. Therefore, this simply cannot be included in the plugin’s cost, we’re deeply sorry.

Hello. I am already one of your regular customers. A long time ago, I told you about the possibility of adding wind direction. You told me you were going to consider this option.
To encourage you, I bought the plugin. I see that it is still not implemented. It is however a function which in my faith, seems essential. Velocity is good, but so is the direction of the wind.
So I am asking you for the last time the question: are you going to implement this function or not? And in what timeframe? And if not, can I be reimbursed?

After I got the Weather plugin I had some problems, which I want to share with you if you can help me,
The first problem is the translation, which I need with the Albanian language, but it is not an option.
The second problem is with the locations where we need to know the weather in Kosovo, Albania, and Macedonia, we need to know where you find the weather on whatever platform or whatever it is because some areas from these countries can not be found by name and coordinates.
The third problem is when we select “current temperature” in (WHAT TO DISPLAY?) And place it in these tables like this: https://prnt.sc/10q1uxa
appears well on the desktop but those icons do not appear at all on responsive.

- Unfortunately, we don’t support Albanian yet, however, we would be really grateful if you could leave this feature request in our wishlist at https://wishlist.elfsight.com/.
- We use https://openweathermap.org/ service and if OpenWeather doesn’t find the location, unfortunately our plugin won’t be able to find it, too.
- As for the last question, our support team have already replied to your support ticket and hopefully, the issue will be resolved shortly.

Why did you get rid of support on all your items?

We haven’t given up on our plugins and we keep updating them if any issues or bugs come up. We also make sure to release updates including new features with more options and possibilities.
The thing is that the plugins’ diagnostics and resolving issues relating to the conflicts with third-party plugins and themes require the strong involvement of our development team. Unfortunately, at the moment we are not able to allocate enough resources towards these tasks and we are very sorry for any inconvenience caused.
Most of the users do not need support since our plugins have an intuitive interface and they work out of the box. For those who are unable to fix local issues or conflicts themselves, we offer a refund.
We do rely on your understanding and hope our plugin will not cause you any troubles.

Your demo shows the ability to show weather based on visitor’s location, but the plugin has no such feature. Am I missing something?

1) We need to add the widget 3 times on the website to show 3 different locations. It will be added on the sidebar so the visitor can see the weather data of the 3 locations. Is that possible?
2) Do you happen to know if we’ll have any issues if we use API Keys from 3 different openweathermap accounts?
3) Is it possible to add custom location name on each widget?
4) If number 3 is not possible, do you know if we can translate the weather info we get with WPML?
5) Because you don’t mention it, is the plugin compatible with Wordpress 5.6?

1) There is no limit in a number of widgets to create, so you are welcome to make as many Weather widgets with different settings as you like. However, you’ll be able to install them within one website only.
2) We use our own API key which will not cause any conflicts with the current API keys using on your website.
3) Unfortunately, an option to set a custom name for the location is not supported yet. However, we do have plans to include this feature in one of the nearest updates.
4) You are welcome to choose the language on the plugin’s Settings tab to translate the info.
5) Our plugins are compatible with WordPress 5.6 so no issues will come up.

Purchased the weather widget a day or so ago. The purchase code from my downloads panel does not work to activate the plugin (says invalid). Reached out to support via the website chat and the website contact, but heard nothing back in about 24 hrs. How to resolve?
Also there seems no way to adjust weather widget dimensions. Documentation says enter a pixel value, but there is nowhere to enter.. unless this is a feature which is unlocked when registered.

Hello, we have the longitude/latitude values for a given post stored in a custom field, such as <?php the_field(‘loc_lat’); ?>
Am I able to pass these values into the plugin’s shortcode via the template so the weather widget can automatically detect the location, rather than us manually entering it in for each post?
