Hi, yes the operator have native apps and can check tickets, live chat conversation, offline messages from the app. The client does not have a native app, he will check everything in the fully responsive web based dashboard.

I see that the chat system has problems, in the demo I could see that when the user is on a page other than the chat, there are two problems:
1. When the operator responds, the user may take a long time to receive the notification of the response, sometimes you can only know that there is a response until the user returns to the page where the chat is open 2. The last response received from the operator is duplicated, this is resolved if the page is updated, but if the user does not know this it can be interpreted as a failure

Yes, you can create a ticket from a chat conversation.

Hi, thank you very much for your contact. Generally it is possible to create unlimited sites, however there is one Support, Blog and FAQ area. Of course you can create unlimited departments and categories however you will not be able to completely separate everything so your client won’t notice.

I have had a look at the demo but I am not getting the optioin to edit the page contents, if i goto cms and click on edit page it just takes me to the page itself without any extra edting menus.

Because:
1.I have installed the script but can’t navigate to inner URLs like: /support, /search etc. it gives 404 error for some reason, even after browser cache clean :/
2. I can’t submit support tickets because my account needs to be manually approved, it says.

PS: The 404 error is fixed after htaccess solution 
With Htaccess most of them are fixed but there are some broken link images and also still some URLs not showing up. For example /contact page leads to 404 :/ Also the search bar is not showing up anything. (I have tried it with ‘chat’ word. Normally it should show up a blog article about “Live Chat”. Any quick fixes to help me out? Thanks.
