Okay, so you might be using public DNS servers. Check if they’re still valid and you can get data about public DNS servers from public-dns.info
If you’re still not able to figure out, then you can create a support ticket at support.thehp.in after you renew your support contract.
There were some servers that came with the script. Something like 20000 requests included if you know what I mean. I’m only at 3700 so I’m not sure these have run out.

You might be using Free servers which are bundled in with the app. Those are limited to 1000 request. To confirm, please use the contact form here https://codecanyon.net/user/harshitpeer to send your email ID so that we can check our records.
If you are sure that you’re using Free servers then your next step can be either purchase paid servers that come with 20,000 requests OR use the internal functionality of using a direct public server if your server allows shell_exec function.

The separate page may not be an option but, we can create record-specific URLs may be that can help.
Eg. yoursite.com/#/MX, yoursite.com/#/CNAME, and so on.
If there will be multiple urls but same content then Google webmaster will treat it as Duplicate content.

Technically, you can modify the script to make it work in sub-directory but that will impact all the future updates which is not recommended.

Global DNS – PHP is created with Laravel which has dependencies which exist in /vendor folder. It may go up as we move to newer version of the scripts. And they’re not standalone applications, they’re just libraries.
