Hi. Been using the gallery creator for a while. I’ve never had any issues, until now. When I create a “Album Preview” gallery, and add shortcode, it doesn’t show up. Every other gallery shortcode works just fine.

Hello, why aren’t the images in the Carousel Slider settings arranged the way I have them in the gallery? On the website, their order is different, I need them to go one after the other as I specified in the gallery administration. For other layouts, this can be set in the Filter&Sort menu. I am running into an issue. I have a full width container and I added your shortcode to display 6 images all across, but If I set it to 3 columns, the size is pretty big which is great, but if I switch to 6 columns, the images become so small and there is no settign to fix it. here are my settings. http://prntscr.com/1qxlv6h

I think you misunderstand. The ‘popup image full size’ is size of image in popup galley. If you set full size, it will display origin size. It isn’t size of item on grid. See here: https://ibb.co/SdmHmGW
About size of image, the width of item = the width of container / number of column. If the width of container is 1170 pixel and number of column is 6 then the with of item = 1170 / 6 = 195 pixel. If you want increase the width of item, you need decrease number of column

Based on your statement, I see the issue. my container is not set at 1170px. I don’t get it why we need to select another format. As a matter of fact, you have suggested to use this plugin from another plugin you are selling, but this doesn;t support the links I feel this bad a practice even though the FAT gallery it is the same as this you just changed the name. I read the comments from other people you are just simply saying, it is not available. I am so dissappointed as you are not even trying to help your customers. we did supported you at some point by buying your product. Shamed. This means I have to go your competitor and buy another product.

Title is not available in in Justified mode. https://prnt.sc/12t5gxg if I switch to another skin layout, the titles are enabled. Please let me know how to fix this. Also the columns are disabled. I can only display 3 columns. Other skins layout supports more. How do we enable 4 columns in Justified?

In Justified, number of columns depend your image size. you can’t set up column for each row. you only set up row height. The title isn’t available for justified

Yes, I know how to insert a link, that’s fine. But I would need that when I click on a link on the page to open it in a NEW window. It will now open on the same page as the site itself.
On your demo you can create multiple folders. On the same gallery ID you can create several folders but can i add a diferent shortcode for every folder.
Example: My gallery shortcode is [fat_maika id=”419”] and the subfolder id is ” j1_2” can i add this id to the shortcode?
why this? i want my gallery on one but in seperated folders ids. Making a lot of new gallerys are not pratical and time consuming.

My plugin doesn’t have option for your case. If you want, you can clone shortcode and edit for each case.
P/S: use duplicate plugin if you want clone shortcode
