That is not what i mean. You have a popup that called an exit popup. So the popup shows when The user is About to close The page.
On desktop this Works great, but how does this work on a mobile device?
For mobile and tablet, the exit popup does not work as we can’t track the visitor’s actions unlike the mouse movement on the desktop.

Hi, thanks for the answer. But that way, for instance, if I limit the impressions to 3, and if a client closes the popup in the first impression, it will show up again two more times until we reach the 3rd impression. Isn’t that right? Is it possible to save the close action in a cookie? Thanks!

Looking nice so far, however: I have yet to see the popup in action here. I added a popup to general settings > Select global popup. The popup also has Matching method: any for all pages, single posts, home page. It is set to trigger On Load. But it does simply not appear, and I can’t find any trace of any popup code anywhere in the page source code. So: how can I define 1 popup to appear on an entire site, without having to add some shortcode? Thanks!
Hello! To display one popup for the entire site, you need to create a Snitcher, set to Ignore for all settings in Assignments https://is.gd/teNQod and select the snitcher as a global popup.

Ok I write to you by mail. What I don’t understand is that, does it work to create 1 single pop up or more? I’ve tried and it’s only worked for me with just one. Now I’ve created another one but now it only works by adding the code [snitcher id=”1245”] Button Text [/snitcher]. I don’t need the button to be seen, but apparently I would have to put it on all the pages I have if I want it to be seen.
To add a popup that will be displayed on almost all site pages, select it in the setting Snitcher>Settings>General>Select global popup. We can’t reproduce the problem on our side. If you have problems opening the settings this may be caused by some script errors on your site. Please open your console to check it.

Hello there, nice work, may I ask a few questions please?
1 – Does the popup modal support Ajax, I am hoping to popup a booking plugin. On the other popups I’ve tried it just loads the shortcode [booknetic] and not the form.
2 – Can I popup fullscreen on mobile devices?
3 – I have a cta button in my menu header that asks for a url, no option to add css class, can I call the popup via that method at all?

- This should work with the shortcode but we can’t say for sure because haven’t tested the plugin since it’s premium
- The full width can be set for all devices. If you mean a separate width for different devices, this feature will be added in the next version
- You can add an existing CSS button selector for the “on click” or “on hover” trigger

Yes, hoping so. May I ask one final question? I asked the booking plugin author and there response was a touch confusing (For me anyway)..
They said: You can use popups that support Ajax but also not using with Ajax. Our Booking panel uses Ajax, so if you use the booking panel in the popup, this popup must be Ajax supported
Does that make sense to you, does it give any indication if your popup would work with it 
To be honest, it didn’t help us much, it still needs testing.
