Hi, I work for my customer who bought your product. However, I found that elements that are hidden are displayed in the print (or pdf) – css is display:none. Is it possible to prevent this? Or look for another plugin? Thanks for your info.

Could i print that spacial field with your plugin? is it possible a “try to buy” formula? Because for me are mandatory that i can print the custom field.

Custom post types and taxonomies are supported yes. You can buy, try and if something should not work, get a refund.
I am not seeing my custom post type fields. I am trying to pair this with GeoDirectory Post types and their associated fields. The post type shows up in the “Show on Post Types” list, however, none o fthe fields are available in the “Custom Post Fields” list. Please advise
We fetch ALL custom post meta keys. Please make sure custom fields are created as custom postmeta keys.
How do I find that. I found this in a reply on their help section “GeoDirectory uses custom tables. The Custom Fields data is not stored in WP Post Meta”. Since they use custom tables, does this mean “Print Post” won’t see that data?

Please could you tell me what are these minimum parameters for the correct installation? we have raised the values of memory limit, php and file load, and the maximum execution times and it keeps telling us that the link has expired and that we try again.
On the other hand, what would be the root folder where we could upload the files via FTP? What would be the name of the folder for this plugin and where can we create it? Unzipping the .zip files and uploading them to this folder would be enough?

You need to increase php memory and upload limits. Or you unzip it first locally, then upload the folder into wp-content/plugins folder

When using your plugin (WordPress Print Posts & Pages), all images are being exported to PDF with a pixelated/blurry output. This happens regardless, whether it’s a thumbnail, large banner, or medium-sized image.
Can you please help to resolve?

I’ve deactivated any plugins and am still experiencing the blurry/lowered quality of images upon generating PDFs.
Normally you need to upload them in 300DPI quality then.
They are uploaded in such quality, but the quality is significantly reduced/pixelated when exporting to PDF. Is there a way in which your team can take a look at our site?
Update: I confirmed that WooCommerce the plugin causing the issue. Once activated, images become pixelated. I removed all plugins, except for WooCommerce and confirmed that this is the only plugin causing the image degredation.

Hello, i just bought your plugin and it looks very promising as far ..!!
But i need to solve couple of things with layout, i chossed the first option of layout type in the Layout section od plugin settings, but it generates everything in the right side of the pdf. I need to create layout same as it is in the Layout icon… to have image besides Headline and then rest of the content below..
I did not found any possibility in documentation how to tweak the layout.. Can you please help me with that?

You mean font awesome icons from our plugin? You can use our shortcodes to display it on specific pages.

Did your theme may use an old version of font awesome library? We use latest version 5, but some may use version 4.
I’m using the version 5 of font awesome library. Website is live and can’t let the plugin activated because is breaking the style. Is there any other option where you can inspect it?

Hi, I’m having some issues with the plugin.
The custom text field from ACF works and display in both pdf and doc file. but custom image field from ACF isnt working, it was display using html tag , it displays in frontend but doesnt appear in either pdf or doc file.
Also, Image added on media library using image attachments on page editor has also issue on doc file, its just display blank image or placeholder similar on ACF image field. but it works fine in PDF file.
DOC fields are very special in how they handle image fields with ACF. You max turn off word and just use pdf. If you rely on doc, please request a refund here. We will accept that.

I would like to make a fine adjustment.
As you can see on this page https://vikingrchronicles.ca/oeil-du-cyclone-batterie/, I have a full width parallax image. It is not visible on the pdf (which is not important). But, there is a large space between the two texts preceding and following this image. I looked around a bit but can’t seem to find the right way not to show this gap. Could you please take a look?
Maybe you need some custom css. Turn on debug mode and inspext the element, then you can add custom CSS in plugin settings to reduce the height.

1) That is currently not supported, but you can use our filter hooks to code your own template or send us a customization request to support@welaunch.io
2) There is no list as it takes your post data but you can use advanced settings debug mode and inspect the elements

Does this plug in enable site admin to export multiple posts/pages to PDF? For example to search for posts and custom post types in back end using basic Wordpress admin functionality and then export export all posts in the search results with one action?
You can restrict the usage of our plugin to admins yes. But exporting is currently only possible from frontend and only one post per PDF. If you need more posts in one PDF, take a look at our Blog to PDF plugin.
