Hello, We are not able to select postpaid method on checkout process. All the payment methodes are showing but the postpaid not showing !!!
Please check if you’re not using checkout blocks for the checkout page. Use the default classic checkout page layout and check again.
Hello why it is not working with another payment gateway?
Suppose: Product price is 2000 and giving limit of 1000 with postpaid then remaining 1000 should be able to pay by another payment gateway but this is not working kindly help

Hi does it work on composite products?
It is a payment gateway which will be used on the checkout so it is not related to products. Customer can choose to pay with PostPaid at the time of placing the order.

Hi, I have a customer using this who will send invoices for dues owed at the end of the month and have the payment processed offline via bank transfer. Is there a way to then record this in the system so their Dues get reset?

Finally… it would be amazing if this could integrate with Stripe to do the following:

With our plugin, customers will be able to use the custom amount of money set by admin for the purchase on the store without paying actual money like credit cards then customer needs to clear their dues to use that balance again and admin can also add charges in clearing the dues.

I do understand, but what if customer not return the store again?
Customers will need to upload their documents first in order to use these credits. Only after the approval of admin, customers will be able to use it.

We have checked your query and found out that the verification status is not approved for any users on your site, kindly change the verification status to eligible from WooCommerce PostPaid users menu at backend. —> Yes, you can do this but in the web, there is a PostPaid menu in my accounts page from which customer click on clear dues button and the “PostPaid Dues” product will get added automatically with the dues amount so you need to manage this on your mobile app. Then after placing an order and admin change its status to completed then the dues will be cleared.
