how does your plugin solve different time zones issue in international appointments? For example: I’m the owner of a website in New York (UTC -4) and a client from Spain (UTC +2) wants to book a meeting with me between 9.00-10.00am of his local time.
Will the client book the time of the meeting according to their own calendar time zone on the site or mine? How will the client know that he is booking the right time for the meeting – that the calendar time is in his time zone and not mine? Thank you

With ARB you can show availability in the customer’s time zone, so they book the time they really need. Whether bookings come from New Mexico, New Zealand or New York, they’ll be within the hours you set, so no surprise appointments!

We are afraid, we have no idea about that. We haven’t tried something like VPN with ARB reservations and booking plugin.

Hi! I didn’t buy your plugin yet but I wanted to ask if there’s a possibility to set availibility for specific dates. For example, consultation would be only available on August 4th between 3 PM and 7 PM and on August 14 between 2 PM and 5 PM. All other dates on August should be unavailable for user to choose.

The booking form features/functionality will be same as shown in the different variations of the live demo. If your desired feature is not there in the demos, then that feature is not present in the plugin as well.

I am not sure what you meant by ‘Group Appointments’ feature. If you are asking if appointments can be booked by more than 1 person at once, yes you can do that by ARB. There is an option field for the Admin to set minimum and maximum number of persons/people allowed per booking. Lets say you have set 20 people maximum per booking, then the user will be able to book an appointment for maximum 20 people.
And, you can increase or decrease the price/cost for certain period of time OR for certain number of persons OR for certain number of slots per booking. More information given in the Documentation of ARB booking plugin.

I bought the plugin. when I unzipped the file 3 folders appeared: DEMO DATA, DOCUMENTATION and LICENSING …. I can’t find the installation file

Installable plugin file is ready to download directly from your ‘Downloads’ page of your CodeCanyone account.
- Sign in to your CodeCanyon account and go to your Downloads page.
- Click on the Download button (the green button present beside the name of the plugin) and choose Installable WordPress file only. The plugin zip file will be downloaded into your local PC.
- You can now upload that zip file to your WordPress ‘Plugins’ page to complete the installation.

Hi, If a customer tries to book a time, but fails during payment and therefore wants to try and book again, the time slot is occupied. Is there a way to have it occupied only for like 5 minutes after a payment fails or otherwise is cancelled?

Is there a way of filtering a list of attendees names per slot (date and time) to act as a register/check in of bookings please? Moving forward can you perhaps add a ‘check in’ area for site manager to check attendees in on arrival to their booked slot, perhaps with QR code or even manually by checking their name on a filtered list. You can set up a booking place from range Saturday to Friday (7 days) or from Friday to Sunday (3 days) or any other ranges as per your needs.
You can apply taxes as well.
ARB works with WooCommerce Tax system. WooCommerce Tax tab displays several options that can be set to suit your needs — settings you choose are based on the tax jurisdiction under which your store is located.
Also, you can set different tax rates for different countries or even different states.
You can apply discounts or increase the price for certain periods.

Hi. I am setting it up so I have a course on Tuesday 13th at 11am, Friday 23rd at 4pm etc. Another course on Monday 19th at 4pm etc – so courses are only available on specific days and times. It is possible to book multi days and time in one session… for exemple… I want to book monday from 9 to 10 and friday from 10 to 11 before entering my name… etc

It is not possible to book separate time slots in one session. It’s possible to book as many slots as available in a single session if those slots are not separated. For example, users can book 9:00 to 10:00 OR 9:00 to 11:00 OR 8:00 to 14:00 and so on in one session.

I like your plugin and would like to buy it, but I want to make sure it’s the right fit for me because I have a very specific need for such a plugin. I have a tourist rental boat business and want a plugin for online booking.
My requirements are:
For example, one of my boats has available 12 seats.
1. I want My customer to be able to: - Reserve tickets as an individual or for a group of people until the number 12 is reached. After he/she has made a reservation, updates for the remaining seats number is created automatically. - If there is no reservation made for the chosen time slot (12 sats are free), I want my customer to be able to book a private tour (book a whole boat) for a special price.
2. I want to send an automatic email of confirmation to the customer and a reminder mail one day before the tour starts. But not to send an email with server CRON job because that doesn’t work on my server.

Answer to question 1: Reserving a slot as ‘Group’ is not possible with ARB.
Answer to question 2: Automatic email reminder feature is included in ARB plugin, but without WordPress default CRON job enabled, the automated email at a certain time would not be possible.

Hi there, I am looking to use your plugin for a community rental website and I have some pre-purchase questions to see if your plugin would suit our needs:
1. Would I be able to have items that someone can book blocks of time for, like days or even weeks?
2. Do I need to have woo commerce installed if my rental items have no charge?
3. Once an item has been booked, we would need the item dates /times to be greyed out so no one else can book that item for those days/time, is this possible?
4. Is it possible to be able to book items by donation with the option for the donation to be $0 if they so choose?
5. When a booking is made will the admin be notified via email or text?
6. Can we have multiple admins notified via email or text about a new booking?
7. Is this compatible with the Avada Wordpress theme?

Answer to question 2: Yes (ARB is WooCommerce dependent plugin).
Answer to question 3: Yes.
Answer to question 4: No (Donation feature is not available yet in ARB plugin).
Answer to question 5: Yes.
Answer to question 6: No (The main admin email and the customer himself will get the email notification).
Answer to question 7: Not tested the ARB with that theme yet. But this plugin worked perfectly with all the standard coded themes so far, without any glitch.

How does your plugin work for different timezones? Let’s say I’m in Australia and someone is booking a session from Germany? If in Australia it’s 23:27 and in Germany, it’s 14:27.
Will that time be adjusted for the client by your plugin automatically or I should give information on the website for my clients that they should adjust booking time accordingly to UTC +11 ?

The timezone is set from your WordPress default settings (WP-Admin > Settings > General page) instead of any custom settings of ARB reservation and booking plugin. If you set your timezone there for Australia, and you are expecting booking from other countries, you should provide information about the timezone below the booking form’s calendar (there is a field for additional information below the booking calendar).
