I have video of marathon runners crossing the finish line and would like to capture their Numbers, Names and Sponsors which are stacked on the two lines below each number. Can Amazon Rekognition and this script do that?

We turned off the demo due to hosting change couple months back. Demo will be on later in Q2 when we will release a major v2.0 update on Laravel framework.

How do you see it as SaaS? To do what exactly?
A saas for this product would be for example a platform that sell verification services: copyright claim, fake news videos detection, fake videos detection,… and the same for your other image recognition product.
Thanks for the suggestion, don’t think it would be possible as Rekognition natively does not have this feature to detect whether a video is fake or not.

Can you send us a support request? From the log above I see that you are either using region incorrectly or rekognition video is not supported in that particular region.

Hello; I have to do an experiment. This experiment; There is a 2×2 meter pool. There is one camera on the pool. There are live bugs or mice moving in the pool. The aim of our experiment is to follow the movement of the mouse or insect. It is to report in terms of time and location. The position graph will be 2d. There will be boards or protrusions standing on the water where the experiment creatures that we will put randomly in the pool can rest. Can you help us with this kind of software? Thank you.

Thanks for reaching out. Short answer is: no.
Long answer: you could use rekognition video for particular use case, but there will be multiple components that you will need to add, such as Kinesis Video Streams + plus most likely your own client/script that uses KPL libraries, etc.

Judging by this short error message, it is either incorrect setup of IAM policies, or service is not available in the selected region.

To answer your question: - Data/Video analysis will require custom configuration and including several custom components, which are not included in this cript.
For pricing cost, I suggest to take a look at the description, we provided a link there which can show you a real example on how much it would actually cost based on various use cases.

Live video/streaming for Rekognition Video is not that straightforward solution, as it requires you to implement Kinesis Video Streams in between your source and Rekognition Video. (Not offered in this product)

1 – Support does not include manual installation from our side, it includes step by step documentation with screenshots, and if you get stuck, we can help and guide you.
2 – You can use any hosting platform, shared/dedicated, doesn’t really matter. 99% of configuration is done on AWS side.
