Hello! Question; is it possible to use a laser barcode scanner like this? https://www.tomtop.com/fr/p-os0988.html?currency=EUR&Warehouse=CN&aid=gsscfrhxy This converts the QR code to the text, so i would imagine that there has to be a field to enter the code manually?

I would like to use this for entering races (eg marathons). I need two features.

1) User can submit various custom fields when they register (eg age, date of birth, athlete number, emergency contact details etc.)

2) I would then need to be able to export ALL the above fields as a CSV for everyone registered for the event. Are these possible?

Demo not working

I think my package is corrupt. The product/ticket creation screen is significantly different from what I saw in the demo.

Hey, totally missed your ticket plugin earlier . Looks great so I only got one question before I buy. Does it generate QR-codes or barcodes and can i import a design for example made in Crello or whatever and then get the barcodes added automaticlly to my ticket design? When i checked the demo i couldn´t see any tickets with picture and code so better to ask youy before I buy it. Cheers

How can I manually create a ticket? I see the option in Ticket Manager to delete a ticket but can I create a ticket? Basically I sold an item that should have been selected as ticket but wasnt and 20 orders got through before it was corrected so how can I make tickets from those 20 order?

Moreover, we have provided the user guide and the demo version for customers’ evaluation before purchasing, so a refund is impossible in case customers ask for features that aren’t available in our extension.

Hello team, I would like to know is the confirmation email to any client contain a personally generated link to the virtual events as a live streamed conference, concert or webinar? I mean an unique link to any buyer and to guarantee “pay per view”.

I have set up a ticket shop for my client. For some reason when thier customers have ordered, duplicate tickets with its own qr and order code are been sent too.

The set is live and my client is worried that a few unauthorised tickets are now been sent out
