I have purchased the tool but installation failed.
Here is the message shown by wordpress :
“The package could not be installed. No valid plugins were found. Plugin installation failed.”

How a user can create a new feedback from the all feedbacks page. There is no button to do so

Also in the create feedback form, the user gets an option to select the role they would like to allow to edit and also visibility. Is it possible to remove these options?

it is useful for some users. these options are default of feedback form, not have settings for you can remove them. but the plugin supports template to customize.
if you need to remove these options, i can customize with fee

2) Is it possible for users to post/share/upload multiple images viewable to the specified audiences

I am interested by this plugin but have few pre-purchase questions:
1. Is it possible to have a short-code for a single category only?
Actually I have a website with different artists. And I want on a page of an artist, I want his fans to leave feedback for him.
2. Is it possible to upload and display image of user who left feedback
3. Can the use also have a field for their location (City and country) ?
4. Is there a short-code to display most recent feedback so that I can display as well?
1, you can use display with widget, in which you can select category you want
2, it allows upload images of feedback
3, there are no these fieds.
4, no have shortcode, you only can use widget
