Normally you just need to copy and paste the shortcode [‘name of shortcode’] inside the content area.
If it’s not work, you can try it using standard WP editor to make sure is the shortcode working or not.

If anyone has a similar problem, then the solution is as follows:
1. Open the file tab-awesome-pro.php
2. Find “return $ content;”
3. Replace with “return do_shortcode ($ content);”
4. Profit

You can try this instead:return apply_filters('the_content', $content);
Or:
return wp_specialchars_decode($content);
Because the raw “do_shortcode” will break any content that’s not a shortcode.
