Hi truecoder – I am finding the script very useful and maybe I do need to test it more, but for now it works as I would like it to. Have you got plans to add a print button for the article pages? I would love to be able to have a print icon just BEFORE did you find this article helpful? whereby someone can print ONLY the content of the article and not the sidebar, who done the article etc.

Have you got an easy way of adding this feature in? If so please message me. Thank you.

Hey there. I bought the script with my other account. I have an issue. I have switched the encoding in phpmyadmin to utf8_general_ci and now, when I click on an article in the website, it just won’t load the article it will direct me to the main article page with all of the categories. Please help…

In the demo mode I do not see if there is an option for a sub category to the knowledge base in the next version will there be a similar option or is there no point in buying the product? Thanks

And why not multi language for Articles and FAQ’s?

The csrf system is said to be working, but it doesn’t work. Or how can I activate it? thanks

Email piping is far from complete (I had to fix and finish it) and there was also a bug in pagination (I also had to fix this) The developer never answered my support request. I bought this to alter it to our needs but I did not expect was to complete it before I could start integrating. Its almost worth the asking price but don’t buy this expecting a drop in system. Be ready to put some work in. Other than that it works well enough.

How can I edit the Truesupport word in the main home Slider coder ?

You can set default language in application/hooks/languageloader.php file and can remove languages dropdown from application/views layout.php files. please make mail to truecodermail@gmail.com for updated file

i had sent you asking for the following points:

1- the system is not supporting the RTL in the frontend and in the backend

2- when i attached the photo during submitting the ticket, the following error is appearing

The upload path does not appear to be valid

3- how can I cancel attach option during submitting the ticket (Cancel this point cause it require customization)

4-Check the attached photo for the configured user permissions but still, the support agent is not able to see the created ticket.

still i am waiting your reply and i was expecting to get it yesterday as you told but id dint receive.
