Does the countdown use the server’s time or the users time? We’d like to use this to provide a countdown to a specific time for all users regardless of location. So if a visitor from EU visits the US site – the countdown will still be correct – counting down to the sale starting at a set US time.

Hi I just bought this from code canyon. After activation it says: Oops, something went wrong, An error occurred during your request process. Please, try again.
Also it doesn’t remember my activation key. After clicking on on of the tabs widgets or preferences I get the same error.
In my console I get a couple of errors to:

Presales question: I need a counter which counts up not down.
It should be displayed the years, months, days and seconds how long my customer is in business.
E.G. 60 years – 11 months – 12 days – 31 seconds (and than counts the seconds, minutes, days, months, years up…)
Is this possible? I could not find a documentation and the live preview demo site seems not to provide such a possibility.

Does this plugin support custom time zones? As I can see in demo it works and its possible to select time zone (GMT) for widget or shortcodes but in “item details” of plugin and in Change Logs I cant find any information about this.

Hi i have question, is your plugin able to do this: 1. customer visdit to site -> timer starts for 15 minutes 2. after 15 minutes is redirected

- Sure, this is how you can customize the widget the way you need:
Choose ‘Remaining Time counter per visitor’ type on Timer tab and set it to 15 minutes → go to Action After Timer Finished, choose Redirect to URL action and insert the link.
- Our plugin remembers a user by their browser’s cookies for 24 hours.
