Hi, I’ve got an issue with the line spacing on the feature section – it’s inconsistent. I just want a normal bulleted list, but it seems like it’s trying to align the features across each column, so the line spacing looks odd.
Ok, I think I’ve worked it out – it looks like it’s trying to line up the features across the columns. I don’t want it to do that in the column view, how would I change that?
Still no answer? And your support system doesn’t work either.
Terrible support. I’d recommend going with another plugin. And I’d like a refund too.

As per my previous comment:
My admin panel does not load with the latest version. We are making significant changes to our pricing options and need to be able to access the admin panel.

I’ve managed to make the edits I needed to via direct editing in the database but i would like to change some styling which is easier to do via the admin panel.

Hi there!
I just wanted to let you know that the pricing table font on the front-end appears to change shortly after loading. The font loads fine on the admin editing area, but when it loads on the front-end it only loads correctly for a split second, then changes to a smaller, less appealing font right after.
I don’t think you’ve released any updates that would have caused this change (it was not doing this previously, although I cannot tell you when it started, only when we first noticed it about 2 weeks ago), so maybe it’s just a compatibility issue with the latest versions of the Chrome browser?

Hi guys, using your plugin, liking it. But now on my staging enviroment it gives me a Oops something went wrong error. Did reinstall manually and through WP but didint work. And cant connect to the Ticksy site either via the plugins dashboard… And I kinda need it to work asap. Hope you can help me out quick. Tnx

I’m unable to do so as my support has ‘expired’ – i find that frustrating as I’ve simply updated the plugin and now it doesn’t work yet i need to pay $20 to perhaps get a fix…?

Is there horizontal scroll? I have a few columns I would like to add and I would like mobile users to be able to scroll left and right to compare the plans instead of scrolling vertically to see all the plans.

Our plugin is auto-responsive, so if you need to make your table wider, you need to increase the width of the container on your website that you’ve added the plugin’s shortcode to.

Hello, I downloaded your plugin from my account on Envato Elements and while its a very easy plugin to use and very efficient (congrats by the way); after embedding the shortcode on a page, the “hints” of the features don’t appear when on-mouse hover. On-click the (?) just remains black.

Hi there Elfsight_Support, I realize my support has expired however I just changed the domain on my website from .net to .com. I am now unable to activate my license because it states that it’s already been activated. How do I remove from the current domain for use on the new one?
I can’t see any easy way of doing this from the dashboard.
