Is it possible to modify the code and add 3 columns to the expiration date
I want to add a user and enter 3 columns containing an expiration date, for example, the identity expiry date, the license expiration date, the insurance expiration date

Seems some of the functionalities are banned in the Demo: No ordinary user login is allowed – I want to see the functions from the user side (can users instead of just admin manage/upload their own documents?)

Create a user then test it. If it is disabled for demo then please buy a license. It should work. And if it doesn’t work we will solve it so don’t worry.

Hi, is there anyway to set NOT force uploading file as we just need information (example: for my driving license or any other documents, we really don’t need to upload any photo or document, the uploading should only be an option, not a MUST)
We wanted it to act as a repository or digital backup of the documents as well, hence we made it required. we can make it optional for you

1. Do you have “start-date”, the system will send notification to admin/staff to remind a service should be started at that day.
2. In the demo, I don’t see how to set permission for staff. Is it only one role? Seem that the demo can’t create new user so I can’t test this.
1. Yes you can. After uploading a document you can set a custom alarm date. To do this click the action button and go to the alarm page. 2. This does not have a role permission facility. Admin can access all the documents. Other users can only access those documents which are under their role. Like a user who is a manager can only access those documents which are uploaded by managers. We found a bug regarding user create. We will fix it and release an update soon. You can buy the script so that you will be notified when the update will be released. Thank you
Thank you. I and my clients have several services (hundreds of services), not only the expired date is important, the start-date also important too (because not all services start immediately after clients register, they want that service start another day).
If the system has feature for “start-date” of the document and the system will automatically alert at that day, it will be better.
So, when will be the next release?

hi, we tried configuring it on your server multiple times and it seems that it is a server related issue. we suggest you buy a hosting from hostgator and let us know and we’ll help you install that.
