BUYER BEWARE! I have had the same experience as @ramavtarlee. The code structure is bad and there are many elements missing and not working – for example the booking process does not work, which is the whole point of the app!! Worst of all, the support team just ignores you and doesn’t respond to their tickets. I have fixed many issues myself but cannot get booking to work and the support team will not help. Now I would like a full refund and will be raising a dispute with codecanyon

Booking in the app does not work. It generates an error when the user attempts to book a doctor. I have submitted two tickets: 2689451 & 2698835. Can you respond to one of them

Sir why are you not take any responsibility of user problem & their solution.their is many big issue in this apps.any user will easlity quite or scape this apps because of late response.no doctor can used this apps.as you know that doctor dont have much time for anything.they dont take any headeque during appointment setting.

Beaware new buyer this code have many bugs.no support as you seen in comment.and their is no native experience with this apps.its all button response like web view.please do refund my money
Support is also very bad.1 reply come after 1 weak.some time no reply.code is autdated. apps loading speed is very long time.

its not about server.Its all about code response.our server is 2tb ssd,64gb ram,10 core cpu
Beaware with this source code.their is many missing functionality .and auther is not ready to solve that issue.auther have not developer to solve that issue.their is incomplete booking process.and code structure is also very bad.
