Hello… on the Options we have enable our profile and setup it on: Cybersource Secure Acceptance SOP Profile Credentials with the tutorial doc. We also enable the Enable Save card checkbox but still not have the option to save credit cards on the user profile.
There is some other option or demo to show this working.

I’m having issues with the DeviceFingerprintID format, according to my cybersource provider, it’s not being sent on the correct format. I can see in the logs that the plugin is generating and sending it with the format “WOOCYB_1602619710” but at the CyberSource dashboard it is reporting it is not receiving it. Can you please provide details on how to manage this DeviceFingerprintID. I’m using Simple Order API method.
please make sure the device fingerprint ID is enabled into your cybersource merchant account.
I got another request, is there a function to always send the same text in the ShipTo State field to Cybersource? I need it to always send a “xx” value for every transaction.
This was suggested by the cybersource support team, to fix an issue on the format I’m sending the state code to them.

Got another question, the transactions are failing the Credit Card Settlement process since they are not receiving the “freight_amount_sign”.
How can I change that on the plugin?

Hi Ryan, i installed the plugin and edited the setting to match my needs. But when clicking on any catalog button to check the PDF, the page is opening in full HTML instead of a PDF previewer. What could be the reason of that?

Installed the plugin and trying to configure this. In the help doc you’ve mentioned to install “CyberSource Secure Acceptance Web Payment Form plugin” is this plugin included in the installation file because i couldn’t find this.
Also you’ve mentioned to go to WooCommerce > Settings > Checkout . Such a path is not there in woocommerce.
we were only given a merchant Id, api key and shared secret key.

- yes, that is ok if merchant Id, api key and shared secret key you just need to ask your bank to update the other info of your secure acceptance profile
