Hi, I have some pre-sale questions.
Can the followings be done with your plugin?
(1) Individual products of my choice will have countdown timers displayed on woocommerce shop page. This means some products on shop page will have countdown timers and some will not.
(2) When the countdown timer hits to zero the products which have countdown timers, will be hidden completely and no visitor will be able to see the product anymore. Only me as an admin can see those hidden products and can make the products visible again in future.
Hi,
We are back to work after the weekend, thank you for waiting patiently.
1. Do you mean, some products have countdown timers, but some you want to show the timer on the shop page, some will not.
2. Some actions can be chosen after the timer hits zero: Back to the regular price; private product, or Out of stock. So you can select “private product” in this case
Best regards
Hi,
Thanks for your reply. I need some more information to be clarified about the two issues. Can you please clarify a bit more?
(1) I meant that, as for example, say I have 20 products in my shop. Out of these 20 products I will show countdown timers for 15 products on the “Shop” page and for the other 5 products I won’t show countdown timers on the “Shop” page. Sometimes I may show the countdown timers for all the products. Will I be able to do this with your plugin?
(2) In case of private products, will the customers be able to access the product page if they have the product page link or url?
Hi,
Thank you for your reply.
1. We have no option to select certain countdown timers to hide on the shop page, but this can be achievable by some custom CSS.
2. When the product status is private, which means customers can not see that product even they have a URL.
Best regards.
Hi there,
I just purchased the theme. testing it on localhost. The Checkout counter and other functionality are not working as described. I followed the docs. I am very disappointed with the product. Is there any bug or so with it. Please guide or process the refund.
Thanks

Hello, I have a question before buying.
I installed the free version of the plugin. Then I tried bulk edit for variable products. But there are some problems.
1) As you explained in the video, I first defined a normal and a discounted price for all variations. Then, when I click the edit button from the bulk action section under all products, I do not see the Countdown Timer section.
2) At the end of the video, when the count timer is defined for all variations, as soon as the product page opens, countdown appears before making a selection. However, when I create a variation in the form of all colors and all sizes from the product edit page and apply this process, the countdown timer does not appear without selecting the attribute from the single product page.
3) What exactly is the default checkbox selected at the end of the Bulk edit video? Could my Condition have something to do with it?
Thanks.
Hi,
Thank you for contacting VillaTheme.
1. The bulk editing timer feature is available in the premium version.
For #2 and #3 Countdown appears before making a selection related to the default checkbox in your #3 question, this option allows if you choose a timer of a variation, this timer will appear as default even there is no variation selected. This feature is also available in the premium version.
Best regards

Can we make the evergreen countdown timer freeze if it’s not focused or if the visitor opens a new tab?
Hi,
Do you mean to turn off the evergreen timer for a while? Can you explain your meaning in detail?
Best regards
The counter needs to be visible for it to be counting down. I need the counter to stop counting down if someone leaves the page or opens a new tab or window.
Then once it hits 0 it will reveal hidden content.
Hi,
Your above request: “the counter to stop counting down if someone leaves the page or opens a new tab or window’ is unavailable in our plugin.
If once the timer hits 0, there are some available actions for admin to choose including: Back to regular price; Private product; Out of stock. revealing the hidden content is unavailable in our plugin, too.
Best regards.

Does this plugin have the ability to have a daily (24 hour) recurrence of the same event/time?
Hi,
Thank you for your interest in our plugin.
Yes, this plugin can. The countdown evergreen feature allows to repeat timer forever after a certain time. It is a premium feature, you can read this documentation: https://docs.villatheme.com/sales-countdown-timer/#set_up_child_menu_3914
Best regards.

Hi, I want to ask you about the price: 1. Is that a life time price or limited time? 2. If I have a lot of website, is there any plan that reduce the price?
Hi,
Thank you for your interest.
1. The plugin license is a one-time purchase. You use the plugin for a lifetime, however, the support service and the auto-update feature are within 6 months since you purchased. After that, you can choose one of the ways to update the plugin: https://villatheme.com/knowledge-base/how-to-update-villatheme-plugins-from-envato/
2. Unfortunately, we do not offer purchases in the bundle. The plugin is actutally at a very reasonable price.

Its possible to use/set the progress bar and the counter, without a “sales price”, just with “regular price”? Also, i don’t want to set a “Goal” for some products, for that products i want to use the progress bar just to count the sales. If possible, i will buy the premium one. Resume: I want to use the whole functions, but i want to leave “empty” the “sales price” and the “goal” for some products. Thank you so much in advance
Hi,
Yes, it is possible with our plugin. You can use the Upcoming sale feature. You can find out it in this docs: https://docs.villatheme.com/sales-countdown-timer/#set_up_child_menu_3914.
Enable this feature, then go to product editing page, set the sale price as normal, but in the schedule, set a starting date in the future to come to the next sale, see this: https://prnt.sc/18596i5
You can try this feature in the free version.
Best regards.
Okay just trying to figure out, but as an “upcoming sale product” it’s supposed to be “able” to sell that product just in the future, right or no? Because even with that in mind, i still need to turn that product saleable now, not only in the future. My customer needs to see the progress bar counting how many was sold already and how many time they still have to buy it. But the main thing here is: It’s aren’t a “sale price with discount or promotional price”, it’s a “regular price” and i still want to be able to use the progress bar and the counter.
Thanks a lot in advance for your help. I really appreciate you. Marcus
Just an update: That way, as an “upcoming sale”, i see here that doesn’t work as I expected. On the end of counter, I can’t choose what to do with the status of product and i can’t keep showing the status bar on it. Question: What the possibility to make this work as I expected, buying the premium version and or paying extra for?
Hi,
We are back to work after the weekend, sorry for being late on replying.
Yes, it works like countdown to come the sale event. Then when the sale date comes, it will show the sale price as schedule.
If to not show the sale price, “Upcoming sale” feature is the only way.
What to do with the status of product after end countdown is a premium feature, you can see this docs: https://docs.villatheme.com/sales-countdown-timer/#configuration_child_menu_3022
Best regards.
Hi,
I have a 1 page website and directly on the homepage I sell my course. My promotion is that the first 300 people who buy the course get the course for a discount (in sale).
1. Can I just use the quantity sold progress bar without the timer? 2. Does the quantity sold work with my real time orders in WooCommerce?
Thank you!
Hi,
Thank you for your interest.
Unfortunately, your request is currently unavailable in our plugin.
Best regards.
does your plugin support Cart reset after X minutes ?
Hi,
Do you mean to loop the timer after a specific time on the cart page? If yes, you can use the timer shortcode to display timer on pages you want and the countdown evergreen feature (In the premium version) to make the countdown timer never ends.
Best regards.
Hello, before I install the plugin, the on sale is only for date condition
After installed plugin, I see there is a new field added for time setting of the on sale period, like this: https://imgur.com/i7GJGkN
My question is: I was using bulk editor to edit the Product on-sale Date before (Using this: https://codecanyon.net/item/woocommerce-advanced-bulk-edit/8011417)
https://imgur.com/naZq4XiAfter installed the plugin, seems I cannot use bulk editor to change the time value field _sale_price_times_from and _sale_price_times_to , instead, I need to go to each product page and modify them one by one.
Is it possible to make it a bulk edit? (On category level for example)
Thanks a lot
Thanks a lot
Haha my fault, I found it could be set at the top right corner “Screen Options” tab.
Thanks a lot

Hello,
I am making a Flash Sale page.
In the Flash Sale shop page, instead of having the count down timer on each product gird, is it possible for me to only show the progress bar without the timer?
Because I will make the count down timer on the heading of the Flash Sale page.
Is it possible?
Thanks a lot

Hi, Is this plugin compatible with WCFM multivendor plugin? Plugin address: https://wclovers.com/
Hi,
We have not had an official test with WCFM multivendor plugin before, you check our free version: http://bit.ly/sales-countdown-timer to test first.
Best regards.
Pre-Sales question: I’m trying the free version and want to know how the evergreen function works. Can i set a period to end the offer and then every time someone gets on the product page that period will start? What happens whent that period ends? Thanks
This plugin has evergreen but It has not featured as you explain. It can start again when time finish.
Ok, it would be great if it would pick the IP or a cookie so every person has its own timer. Thanks for the answer.
We will consider.
1.Can your plugin be used to create a page that only contains offers with a sale counter?
2. Can your counter be displayed under the product in the main catalog of the woocommerce store?
3. Can a single counter be added to a separate main page? 4. Is it compatible with ELEMENTOR page builder?
Hi grupatf,
1. You can use our shortcode to show the sales countdown timer anywhere you want.
2. Yes, it can display under the products in Shop pages. You can see our demo website: https://authentic.new2new.com/countdown/shop/
3. You can create some different sale countdown timers from creating many shortcodes.
4. It does not work with Elementor now.
Best regards.
Hi! I have a woocommerce website, the home is populated with woocommerce grid generated with woocommerce shortcode featured_product, most visited ecc… I need to have the countdown here as in the category and shop pages, is it possible? I’ve tried with the free versione but it doesn’t show
Hi pensareweb,
Thank you for letting us to know your concern.
Currently, the sales countdown timer can be displayed on the shop page and category page. If you want it to show on the home page which is customized, you may ask the custom work from our plugin developer after purchasing the pro version.
Best regards,
