Pre-Sale Question:
Hi.
We are currently using the free version. It works like a charm on the single product page, category page and main shop page. But is not shown on the pages that we insert products via WooCommerce shortcode, ex: [sale_products]. Is this something that the Pro version will allow?
Thank you!
Hi wematica,
Thank you for your concern and the information.
Because the you have custom pages, it need to be change the code of plugin to make it work. In this case you can buy our pro version and request a custom work for it (pay an extra fee to have the feature as you want).
Best regards,
Hi,
Pre sale question. Can the text “days, hours, minutes, seconds” in the countdown timer in the product page be translated to Spanish??
Hi RGuayaquilF,
Thank you for your concern,
Yes, In our pro version you can do it with the custom option in Datetime format style. You can see the picture https://prnt.sc/wknws0
Best regards,
Hi, awesome! One last question. When the countdown timer ends, is possible to set the product automatically as unpurchasable?
The option as you want is not available. After the countdown timer ends, the price will come back to normal price or you it can automatically run another time countdown timer.
Oh ok! Is there a way to avoid the price come back to normal? I’ll need it to stay as it is showing the regular and sale price.
Could you please explain more cleary about the difference betweeb the normal price and regular price?
btw, you can set the goal for the sale, if it achieve the goal, it can go to come with one of those status: Back to normal price, private or out of stock https://prnt.sc/wkqdr2
Hi, what is the private status? Also, if I use the countdown timer shortcode in product page, will the shortcode display the sale progress bar as well?
Hi,
1. In the Private status: The products will comeback to the private status, the customers can not see those products and they have the private status on the edit product pages.
2. The shortcode will not display the sale progress bar. You have to set the sales countdown on edit product page to use the progress bar. Btw, you can use bulk edit options for setting up it in many products, you can see this video: https://youtu.be/T02br6habm0
3. If you want to use the progress bar on product page, please use our free version first to test it (in some case, the Theme change the hooks or class that make our plugin to not work). You can download our free version here: http://bit.ly/sales-countdown-timer
Best regards,
Hi, i have a product custom page and tested the free version but I need a shortcode to display the countdown timer in the custom product page, available only in premium version
So in the premium version even if I set the sales countdown on edit product page to use the bar and paste the shortcode in my custom product page, the progress bar will not show?
Hi,
Yes, The progress bar need some hooks on the edit product page to work with. If you use the shortcode to display sales countdown timer, the progress bar will not show.
Best regards,
Hi, if the product countdown ends and didn’t reach its sales goal, can the product go to private status? Or just goes back to normal price… what i need to do is that the customer can’t buy the product when the sales countdown ends even if it didn’t reach its goal.
Thank you for your time!
Hi RGuayaquilF,
Sorry for late reply on the weekend.
Currently, Our plugin does not have the option as you want.

Hi Team, This is pre purchase question. I am using your email designer and photo review. Was interested in this but free version is messing up full product page ? is it not compatible with porto theme ?
Hi, I’m having a major issue. I set the timer and it’s throwing an error on my page when it gets to 0 even thought it is set to evergreen. Here’s what happens to my item page https://prnt.sc/wcjnws and here’s my settings https://prnt.sc/wcjmtp
How can I resolve this?
Appears to be a caching issue, do you know which script/file I have to whitelist from caching?
Hi,
Thank you for reporting us your issues.
We uploaded a fixed file of the plugin on your site. Please check again and let us know if any problems persist.

This happened again today. It’s cost me almost 3 full days of sales now. I need a solution. I use wp rocket cache, what needs to be done to stop the timer from caching at 0?

Hi. How can I make your plugin work with discount plugins? Or it only supports admin product discount?
Hi fiezie 92,
Thank you for your concern
Which discount plugins are you mentioning? Our plugin is designed to work perfectly with WooCommerce. The ability to work with the 3 rd plugins need to be checked.
Best regards,
The plugin is Woo Discount Rules by Flycart
Hi. 1. I can create a countdown timer badge and apply it to 50 different products, with different dates. (I want to use a simple product, sale price dates) How is it possible to do it?
2. Supports Dokan
3. The countdown can be specific to each user, such that when User 1 views the page for the first time (such as Monday), they say they have 48 hours to use an offer. When User 2 views the page on Tuesday, it also gives her a 48 hour countdown to the same offer, while User 1 would see 24 hours left in her countdown. (This is extremely useful since each user thinks that there is a limited time and the time is specific for their visit).
Hi Santiagohz,
1. You can design a sale countdown timer badge and use it for many products but with the different date, you need to go the the one by one products to change the date for it.
2. How do you want it to support Dokan?
3. The option as you want is not possible. The timer for all users is the same and it depends on sale time of product.
Best regards,
Thanks for your prompt response. 1. https://prnt.sc/vu152b I set the date / time here. 2. I am working with https://themeforest.net/item/mylisting-directory-listing-wordpress-theme/20593226 and I want customers to upload their own products and assign the countdown emporizer 4. The countdown emporizer appears anywhere, home, products, category, and internal pages. Currently I work with another add-on but I have problems, in one section it appears in another it does not. https://prnt.sc/vu1ajk
Hi,
2. Our plugin does not support Dokan now.
4. Our plugin can display sale countdown timer on single product page and shop page/ With other pages, you can use the shortcode to display it.
Best regards,
Hi, is there an integration with klaviyo? If not, how do we send emails to customers?
Hi Anchit_template,
Do you mention about the option for sending email of sale campaign to customers? if yes, our plugin does not have that option. It only display the sales countdown timer on your site when the customers visit it.
Best regards
No, when you have to send coupon to customers in other plugins of yours as well like thank you page customized, lucky coupon wheel, PHOTO REVIEWS.
Some plugins show mailchimp and active campaign. What if I have klaviyo as my email marketing software. Is there a way to send via that or through WordPress if mailchimp and active campaign is not available?
Our WooCommerce Sale Countdown timer does not have any option for sending coupon through email so Our plugin does not work with klaviyo.
With other plugins: Thank you page, luck wheel, Photo reviews. Please our free version first to test it, you can download they here https://wordpress.org/plugins/woo-lucky-wheel/, https://wordpress.org/plugins/woo-photo-reviews/, https://wordpress.org/plugins/woo-thank-you-page-customizer/

Hi, is there a way to only set the timer from inside the woocommerce product? I want to use this for events that are sold as woocommerce product and the timer should be counting down until the event starts. I do not want to create a separate timer for every event and add it to every product. Just need one timer that time is controlled in products page? Thank you.
Hi swiftdone,
Thank you for your concern.
Yes, you can set the sales countdown timer for each woocommerce products. You can also set the timer for upcoming sales.

Currenctly, The feature as you want is not available,

Can we display the “missing message” unconditionally? This would inform the customer that he can get a discount if he buys more as soon as his cart is less than the “Min cart total” (without needing to update his cart).
Thanks
Hi,
The option you want is not available now.
Best regards.
Hello, Does the countdown can start when people visit a product page/cart or checkout ?
Hi stankiroffo,
Thank you for using our plugin.
The countdown timer only start from the sale time of products on product page but the countdown can start when people add to cart/ To check out page/ To cart page . You can set it at Countdown Timer/ Checkout Count down/. please see this picture: https://prnt.sc/uj84tc
Best regards,.
I can you tell me how to put a (-) to the discount checkout amount, how to fix the sticky bar (it eats the header/footer) and how to get a responsive sticky bar ?
Hi stankiroffo,
Please create a topic on our Premium support forum: https://villatheme.com/supports/forum/plugins/sales-countdown-timer/ which is only for customers using pro version. And we will help you to check your problem.

Hi, pre-sale question. I am thinking to use this plugin to show a countdown to an event start (which is a woocommerce product). I have tested the free plugin and it works great, however I will not need to have the countdown only when I set on “sale” status of the product, but always. Please is there any workaround with the pro version to use the countdown with no need to tie it to the “sale” status? I know this is a different use case but it would be great! Thanks in advance.
Hello josevgc,
Sorry for late reply at weekend.
Our pro version has option for setting a sale countdown timer before sale event. (For example: the Sale will start in 1days 2 hours 3 mins 4 seconds). Moreover, you can add your own message for the sale countdown timer in our design settings. You can see the picture:https://prnt.sc/ugx4er
Best regards,
Many thanks, that can work.
Hi, is it support multisite/multistore?
I’m so sorry. The license is only a website. You can read Envato Policy https://codecanyon.net/page/item_support_policy.
