Hello again, thank you. I will be waiting for those update. I go through your documentation they are very informative, but I didn’t see one or 2 things there 1- an organiser can have a point of sale but if he has a big event and he wants to have many agents to sale his ticket for him how can he do it? My suggestion is he had the main account but he should be about to open a sub-account for his point of sale team so each of them can have a user name and password, so if any of his team member sale the ticket he can know. Because if not he won’t know who sole what ticket and when?
Hope u get what I mean? 2- I didn’t see and event where you plan and sale your tickets before the day of an event something bad happens and u want to move the event and you don’t want your customers to lose their current ticket, in this case, how will this work? Thanks.
Hi, 1- Organizers can create unlimited point of sales accounts 2- You can modify the event information and then let your attendees know by emailing them (we are currently working on the emailing feature )

If your country uses VISA cards, you can use Stripe as it supports a wide range of credit card, including VISA.
I know but the people in the county don’t use the card. That’s why. And also wallet will be a new national payment system.

I know my payment wallet had to be implemented by customising because it’s not international or a whole country Gateway it’s a wallet system.

Another issue that I need to consult with is about the event organizer payment process. I understand that most companies that use softwares like that uses a method that receive the money and after transfer to event organizer, but this is hard way to build a website. Get people’s money and transfer latter looks like a burocratic and complicated issue.
So, can you please provide an solution to a business model more flexible for split and distribute payments to vendors and for the admin using your payment gateway .

Regarding the business model, the ticket sales revenue has to initially be versed in one single account, that is how the payment process is elaborated in all the payment gateways. In Eventic, the administrator receives payout requests, he only has to approve them in order to transfer the organizer revenue. Your idea is great, we actually considered it, but it isn’t doable. Things might change in the future, but for now, that is the Eventic business model. Thanks!

Yes, the categories are manageables, you can remove all the categories but keep the festivals one. That way, your platform only sells tickets for festivals.
