The latest coupons have different meta key: ‘key’ => ‘date_expires’ instead ‘key’ => ‘expiry_date’.

Changing the meta key works. Deleting coupons works fine, but the main tool does not work – does not send e-mail notifications. I have forced a CRON to run, but still nothing. I’m very disappointed. The plugin still is useless.

Hi i recently purchased your WooCommerce Coupons Reminder Plugin. I have installed and activated the plugin, as well as enabled reminders in the Woocommerce Setting. I’ve set an email notification for 1 day before expiry, yet, am not seeing any transaction items in the Reminders History, which implies to me these emails are not being sent. Can you help please.

Yes, receiving those email correctly. Actually, can i ask a prob stupid question. What field does your plugin take as the email field? It seems i may of misunderstood. I have a plugin called WP Optin Wheel that auto generated coupons for users who enter their email address into a gamified optin form – https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-optin-wheel . I thought the email entered would somehow be connected to the coupon generated, but i’m not sure it is.
Do you know of a way i can achieve what i’m trying to (send an email reminders to those who have generated a coupon code via the WP Optin Wheel or any other method?).

Really sorry for the late response. Actually I was busy in some project so could not able to reply you. Regarding the point what you have asked is yes our plugin sends reminder for the coupons before they expire. But it requires the coupon expiry date and the email id for which the coupon is meant for. Hope that makes sense for you. Let us know if you want something else. For any custom development work you can contact us also.

Yes, our plugin should work. It will send a reminder if the coupon has not been used so far. It will also remove the old coupons which has been expired.
The text editor for the plugin is inserting a \ before quotation marks which has the effect of removing my hrefs in the email. While the linked text is there, the href is removed.

Sorry to say but we don’t have any functionality to set coupons expiry date from the plugin. You have to set the expiry dates from the coupons.

Sorry I am not getting you properly. The plugin actually sends reminder to the user before the coupon expire if user has not used the coupon at all.
The plugin has feature to delete al the expired coupons.
