Hi, sorry to hear that… We use that model because Google Play and Apple Store require constant updates, same for the app codebase, WordPress and Bookly itself. Withouth mentioning that you need assistence to create the marketing material for you apps and pay the store fee in order to publish, know coding and have a MAC, so a long etc… We charge the monthly subscription to take all that out of you 
Don’t you think is a reasonable model and monthly fee?

That’s been solved! The version is checked using a remote resource which wasn’t updated. You shouldn’t get the notification anymore if you’re on the latest version.

I think I might have discovered a problem? I use the Samsung A20s, and for whatever reason the app only shows Spanish text when my language is set to English. Other than that, the app looks promising.

You can set the language of the app as you want. We will introduce a feature to get the language from the WP instance instead.

Thank you for responding. Is the language set through some autodetection of the phone within the app demo, or is the language Spanish for the demo app? I ask because the A20S is a model sold in South America?
When you buy the app you’ll get the code and you can set the app language in the environment file to whatever you want. Bookly Mobile does not allow users to change language within the app at the moment, I’m afraid!
So the language of the demo app in the Google Play store is set to Spanish, and is not based on any type of auto detection of the phone’s software/hardware?

Thanks for the update. To let you know, for a mobile site, your front-end site is not really mobile friendly. The Google Play store link button shrinks down very small in a mobile browser, and near impossible to find.

First of all, we are not the Bookly plugin developer team.
1) No, I’m afraid. The dates are picked using a selector. 2) Replied at 1 3) Yes, once the user requests availability, this is presented with the free slots. 4) The mobile app does not support any payment method at the moment, just the code Bookly functionality.

The demo site will be ready in 2 weeks. You must purchase Bookly Pro to use mobile apps. The main difference with web usage are the notifications… people can cancel appointments through a mobile notification and these are triggered at the same time than the email reminder. So you can reduce no-shows to minimum.
