Yes but it should be Store that Image in Customer profile Data to Future reference and as well can set reminder for the same
Through that Image Admin can create list of Product and can get approval from Customer to make payment as well there must be product wise discount
My understanding : User will click a photo. It will be send to Store. Store will write add price and send back to user with update price. User will make payment and place order.
