Been waiting for 2 days now to get this working. I downloaded the app from the store but gives please update warning. If it doesnt work or there is no fix via the ticket i sent what to do?

Make sure you have the latest version of the worksuite app.
To check go to Settings -> Update Log
i checked, there was a version to udpate to when did so it gave this error > APP_DEBUG is set to true while APP_ENV is not local

It is a token base api you can not send user id and it work. you need to login first then you will receive a token that you need to send in your header then only you can access it.

have one question, does app have worksuite branding and logo as your demo apk? or it will have our branding, logo, icons etc? We don’t want worksuite branding.

Please provide API methods for Asset Management, even basic… insert asset / list assets / checkout & checkin, will be appreciated, and should be a feature for those who bought all modules. If there is no plan for it, can you provide some guidance on how I can add the functionality myself ? (Ie: adding route / which controllers to edit). Thank you !

please hook us up., its really simple, there is not alot of connected modules to it,a nd few fields, i think it will be small effort for you. or even u can add better docs, to give a step by step example of adding a very basic resource with all backend controllers & model.. and then we can get moving, no nagging here everytime .
The laravel restapi docs are informative but is missing some things. but p[robably im just too old 
please take us through any one of ur existing api resourcess or even a list of all the files associatedf. Like for tasks, or projects, or clients, anyone that has all the endpoints (get/post/put or patch) ... so full crud i in otherworsd. Lastly please point to any docs or sample of the excel importer code in use. Im quite familar with csv handling, but laravel new to me. Also dont udnerstand why your import and export buttons code are found different places, but in UI they side by side

And not for worksuite saas crm.
You can request for the refund of this and buy the worksuite saas version
