Hi, I just found your plugin “Advisor Quiz”. My customer has already e-shop with 700 products of some kind of electronics (on WooCommerce). He needs to get Quiz for every category of his shop (eta 10). It will be propably only 3-step quick quizes – after visitor of website fill that – it will display products based on his answers. Do you think this plugin can work for my requirements? I need to know that plugin sync with all my products and their categories and variations. I need to know I can easily add categories/products/tags/variations to steps of quiz and I dont wanna manually add all 700 products with all properties to new plugin, I just need to know its easy to synchronize my complete e-shop with this plugin. Some products have more than 20 properties, can this plugin handle it? Its possible to get trial version of this plugin to test it? One more question. Can this plugin make conditional logic allows you to route customers to different questions based on their responses?

Yes everything is possible except conditional logic. You can create answers based on woocommerce attributes or manually by selecting each product.
Sorry we do not offer trial / test versions. You can buy, test and if it should not work, request a refund of course.

Pre Sales Question: Hi, is it possible to us this plugin as a ‘trade-in’ feature for a store? My store has a conventional retail area, but the customers can also trade-in their products. I have created a ProductCategory called ‘Trade-in’ which is hidden from the main shop page. Could I guide the customer through this single category, choosing their matching product, then the price we offer will be displayed.

To confirm, I can use this plugin to guide a customer through product subcategories in a specific category. In my store, the Parent category is called ‘trade-in’ which is divided into Brands, model, year, (then the resulting variable-product has three variants ‘Grade A’, ‘B’ or ‘C’.
The trade-in parent-category is hidden from the main /shop’s Parent-categories which only have new-stock items.
You can use our plugin to guide customers to products, but not through subcategories.

I’ve just attempted to buy your plugin – WooCommerce Multisite Duplicate / Delete.
I added it to cart on your website and then it took me to checkout on codecanyon.
Having now paid, it appears that I have actually purchased an entirely different plugin that I have no use for! – Woocommerce guided seling?
(I’ve also now noticed that, although I am viewing information about the multisite duplicate plugin on your website, the tab title for the page says “WooCommerce Guided Selling Plugin”!?)
Obviously, I dont want this plugin and I have not attempted to download or use it, but I still want the original plugin I selected.
Can you help me and let me know what I need to do to sort this out?

Seems we had our question about progress bar and breadcrumbs mixed up. Our attributes guide uses the breadcrumb and the steps stack on top of each other not as in the demo. There is also no success or fail message. Can you please review?

I created some Buying Guides to test the plugin out and I noticed a sort of error, in the upsell(product page of course) there are the the buying guide as products, as you can see here https://prnt.sc/sstde9, the link of these “upsell” are domainname.it/buying/guide-name. How can i delete/hide these pages and how can I avoid that these guides appear in the upsell. Thanks a lot!

Hi, I have extended the support. I’m trying to use the plugin also in the other 2 languages of the website. I have WPML.
But it seems that the guides are working only in the default language.
I tried to translate a guide but it’s not working. I create a guide in the secondary language and is not working.

I just purchased your plugin and am experiencing a number of issues. The second set of questions doesn’t always display and regardless of the choices I select, the products that are being returned, are not what I am setting in the options.
The ‘hide products first’ option is not working either. I’ve tried using attributes and custom to display product results but not matter what I do, the results are not accurate, not by a long shot.
The products simply don’t filter based on the selections. I’m not seeing an errors in the console.
I stand corrected! The issue IS NOT with your plugin. It’s the theme.
