I made some changes to the functionality and I ruined the way the information is saved in db. I use ImportWP PRO to import products from XML files. Before making changes, the offers were saved in the table tableprefix_cegg_product but now after the changes, the offers are saved in tableprefix_post_meta with meta_key _cegg_data_Offer and thus post_meta becomes very large and makes it difficult to load the site. What could I do to insert / update the offers in cegg_product and not in post_meta?

sorry, I didn’t saw it … so by default offers are saved in post meta ? there is no other option to keep offers ouside of post_meta ?
I will have probaly more than 1 million products and post_meta will be so heavy that any server will have problems on load time….

I don’t know what kind of help you expect. We cannot rebuild the entire plugin database.
But even overall, 1 million products is a bad idea. WordPress is not the most optimized platform. After a quick search, you’ll notice multiple performance penalty reports when the website enlarges to thousands or tens of thousands of posts.
Having more products doesn’t mean getting more search engine traffic. Google expects tons of incoming links to big websites. The chances are high that a huge website will be pessimized.
We recommend splitting massive parts into separate domains because they’re easier to administer and promote.
I didn’t asked you to change the functionality of the plugin, I asked you if with actual functionality, is possible to make some settings to work diferently. I understand now it is not possible so that’s enought for me. Thanks

There is a third party extension for importing products into Offer module with WpAllImport plugin. Both are free.

Can you please provide me with the modules that work with dynamic categories? I have Amazon, Ebay, and Aliexpress enabled in both CE & AE.
Categories are not imported with any of them.
Also for the attributes, it only import 2 attributes with the exact same product that already has many.

We tested this more and WooCommerce categories are not really created at the moment. The fix will be in the next update or contact us by email at info@keywordrush.com for a quick solution.
From what I noticed so far, the plugin saved the data of each offer in the dbprefix_cegg_product table and now after I did the import I checked and the table is empty, instead, I noticed that it saves the information in dbprefix_post_meta with meta_key _cegg_data_Offer … the problem is that we will have very many products and the initial version in which he used a separate table for offers was a more optimal one and helped us to load the site more quickly. Can you make the settings to use that table again ? thanks
_cegg_product is a temporary table which is only created when you visit Content Egg > Products page
hi, i want to use external importer plugin just to import product info and images reviews attributes (mostly from amazon, i don’t have api), but then the post should use CE only for updates and everything! can i do that? what should be the settings?
Yes, you can initialize Woo products with External Importer plugin then add Content Egg offers manually or via Fill tool.
Do not forget to disable price updates for External Importer.
Make sure you are using the latest External Importer v1.1.2

1. You can not. 2. You can enable manual synchronization with the required CE offer to initialize the WooCommerce product and then disable manual synchronization
Does not work as required, it only imports one image of the product gallery after enabling the manual synchronization, and it reverts back to the old image after disabling it.
All CE modules support only one main image.

There is no good way to match products from different sources into one price comparison list automatically. CE plugin has Fill tool but it searches for products by keywords and may not always give an accurate result.
