We are not quite sure what you mean with “create product attribute as text field”? You need to create attributes first in Products > Attributes. Then when you edit a product select them and enter values (default WooCommerce behaviour)

When purchasing this item, I did not know I would get the plugin updates a few months later than if I purchased the plugins separately. If this is the case, you should inform about this in the item details. If there is any other way for me to get the plugin updates as soon as they arrive, please let me know. I not, I would like a refund for this, so I can purchase the plugins separately instead.

I don’t know how to rquest a refund from Codecanyon I can’t find anywhere to do that. I really tried to get your plugins to install but three would not and the others had issues. I went through and deatviated my other plugins to check for issues caused by them and they still didn’t work. I am honest and have never given a bad review or requested a refund from codecanyon or themeforest before. I did try to reach you many times maybe you never got the emails but I did. Are you going to refund the money – I can’t use the product.

2) we Never got any support request from you. We also do not know what problems you have exactly. You always just say many issues with zero evidence or proof.
3) why do you always start new threads and not comment on existing ones?
4) we also got no Mails from you. Writing a bad review without contacting us and with no real reasons / proofs is just not fair.
Your response was that I could have googled and figured out that some of your plugins require server settings that Siteground themselves don’t offer as standard? I tried very hard working with you only to have you lie to Envato about your reason for denying the refund? I have never had customer support so bad.

Not sure what is so hard to just increase the upload limit … that solves the problem.
At least you are admitting that there is a problem with your plugin and standard hosting environment settings and not that “the customer did not want the plugin after purchase” like you told Envato!
There is NO problem with the plugin. You just need to allow uploading file sizes more than 50MB in order to upload our plugins OR use FTP if you do not know how to do that. That is not a problem with our plugins …
Again, not factual. Siteground, my hosting company, has a default of 128MB so it is in fact your plugin. Everyone reading just know they have no intention of refunding you for any reason at all: https://www.siteground.com/kb/increase-php-upload_max_filesize/
Your error log was clear: entity to large means you need to increase that value in nginx to upload larger plugins like 20mb. You should ask siteground support OR you can, we repeat 3rd time now, upload our plugin via FTP.

I have had multiple issues getting a few of these plugins to work; the buyer guide just stops, the product pdf will not even load, etc. I am requesting a refund please I need something that works now.

I have a LIVE company site, I can try and recreate a test environment but that is as ton of work. I can’t give access due to Health laws as this is a medical site. I can make a video of the plugin not loading, specifically the product page PDF plugin. Will you refund the product since it will not work for me?

Thank you for trying to help but that simply is not possible to allow anyone other than company officials into the admin. I definitely tried to get the install to work and a plugin should simply install and work with no issues (most of your plugins did). Your other plugins are great and your customer service is as well but the plugins won’t work for my site.

Yes, because I bought the whole bundle and not individual plugins. The product you sold was a bundle, if all the plugins don’t work you shouldn’t bundle them.

We found that your single variations plugin causing issue in our website wishlist feature, Once i deactivated your single variation plugin then wishlist is working fine.

Sorry we do not support 3rd party wishlist plugins. We have an own wishlist plugin you should use, that support variations.

You can change the icon position in plugin settings. Showing number of wishlist is not possible – you can have multiple wishlists and not only one.

I use WooCommerce Print Products (PDF) with WooCommerce 4.x and have a lot of problems. Now I see that the last update of the bundle was at 7 February while the separate WooCommerce Print Products (PDF) plugin was updated at the 25 April and is compatible with WooCommerce 4.0.x.
Same Problem with the WooCommerce PDF Catalog Plugin.
How I can get the newest Version of the Plugin?

Yes we increased the price now to align on our plugin prices. We also added 4 more new plugins and you still save 305$
Hi, I really like your plugins thanks. I am having difficulty producing a full size back and front cover. You suggest that the size is 1240×1754 but this squashes the recommended size with and without Headers. Is there another solution to be able to create a full page back cover please? Thanks!
Back cover full page is currently not possible due to issues with the PDF rendering engine. Sorry.
