(bit gold and neo dark) can they be interchanged eventually? besides preset languages can be modified? could I delete bangladeshi and Hindi and change them for chinese and french? Also in the admin panel (left side of screen) is hard to scroll down as the scroller is invisible as it has the same color as the background. Can the background color be modified? I am intending to install it in a namecheap shared server using cpanel I supose is not a problem…Kind Regards,

Yes, you will get 2 template and you can select/change them from admin panel. You can add/edit languages as you want. Admin left color can be changed but requires change is code and Namecheap shared would be okay to run this

I believe that should be done as an improvement to better UX and Ui otherwise user has to be guessing where the scroll bar is…If what Im saying makes sense, may you please fix it in your next update? Here is the issue I am having with you, your support and your script.
1. I have sent you multiple emails with issues I am having. It’s obvious there are multiple people answering your support email because I am going around in circles with your support and the issues are still not fixed! and wasting so much time.
2. Your support have requested screenshots and videos of the issues i am having, which I have provided, I am told to wait for the page to load and submit the form and I am still having the issue. Then I am told the error message is coming from the server side and my host can fix it without telling me specifically what the issue is.
3. I can’t get the selected payment gateways to display because I have an error message submitting the settings to save the payment gateway, I GET AN EMAIL FROM YOU SAYING IT’S BECAUSE THE PAYMENT GATEWAY IS NOT CONFIGURED PROPERLY. When I am explaining to you with videos and screenshots that it’s not working. If I cant submit the form because of an error message HOW AM I GOING TO CONFIGURE IT?
4. I had to go into the database myself and turn off the gateways and did not need because you said the issue was on my side and could not replicate it. And someone posted above in these comments they are having the SAME EXACT issue.
5. Every time I send you a support request to get something fixed from the SAME email I have been using to contact you, I get a reply to submit my cpanel requirements. THIS IS CAUSING SOME MUCH TIME DELAY AND TIME LOST WAITING FOR A RESPONSE. So it’s obvious you have multiple people doing your support causing confusing.
6. So since I have bought the script, I have NOT been able to get these items fixed because every email you send back a response you say it’s my server side, it’s on my side to let the page load, the script is working perfectly BUT my script is not working perfectly and with the 406 and 500 error message I am receiving submitting forms.
You say its serving side, BUT you are not telling me what to tell my hosting support what to fix AND instead of you FIXING what’s wrong I get excuses. I am starting to believe the people doing your support to your email address knows very little about your script. By the way the script is still not working on my server.
You have had multiple emails from me to fix my issues, I feel like I am speaking to someone different every time.
I am not a rookie and not a newbie and very familiar with scripts, databases and hosting. Your support system is lost.
SO I WILL ASK AGAIN DOES ANYONE THAT BOUGHT THE SCRIPT HAVE A WORKING VERSION ON THEIR HOST?

They ask you for the installation license! you send, they ask you for access to cPanel you send, after 1 day they return and ask you for the same information again in an infinite cycle and do not install the system for you! everyone complaining here, terrible support, terrible script!
