Phone verification on checkout means that the plugin can perform signup and login phone verification on checkout page itself. But due to high demand of this guest phone verification system, we are working on it and it may be available very soon.

Once you submit a ticket you get an automated email with the ticket number. So please give me that as I cannot se any ticket regarding your issue.

If the forms are built on woocommerce standards then you can use those forms or else you will have to use our forms and even with our plugin you can have different signup forms for different user roles with the fields of your choice.

Thanks for this amazing plugin. It works perfectly but lacking some important features that you can consider in next update:
1. If you click “SIGNUP WITH PASSWORD” by mistake or if you change your mind later to “SIGNUP WITH OTP”, then there is no option to toggle back to “SIGNUP WITH OTP”. The only option is to refresh the page which could be annoying to visitors.

All above settings are available in other third-party plugins. So technically all are possible.

When clicked on Login using OTP, it still shows Password Label which is not required at that time. Please guide me how to resolve this issue.

If I active Digits, Administrator can not edit and save an user’s profile in Ultimate Membership Pro’s backend, adding a new user neither. It shows “Field phone: Please enter a valid OTP”. I think an Administrator should have capability to modify user’s profile without OTP verification, even without filling in phone number. Since you declare it is compatible with Ultimate Membership Pro, this should not be a special support issue. Is it possible to make it “built-in” have no conflict with Ultimate Membership Pro in next updated version? Beside this issue, Digits is very wonderful! Thank you.

Yes both support WCFM marketplace but with digits you will have to use digits forms and not WCFM forms as we do not support their forms yet.

I think your support does not want to fix the problems! The site is under construction! This is normal, the site will appear like this!, i sent to him user and password of Administration, and it can log in and see the problem! But he didn’t even try that! I am really sorry for this and I apoolgise for our mistake. I just asked my team about this and I was told that your website is adding defer in firebase scripts (https://i.vgy.me/o4SRqe.jpg). Firebase does not allow their scripts to be deferred or asynced, so please whitelist them from your cache plugins or you can turn of javascript deferring in your cache plugin settings.

but i did not install ANY optimizeING PLUGIN!
The only reason for that defer is some optimization plugin, you can try deactivating all your third party plugins and I am pretty sure this will vanish.

Then your hosting must be having some cache on their end. For further technical support please create a ticket on https://help.unitedover.com, if you’ve already done that then please follow up there itself as we cannot track user details from comments, dont even know your website.
Lastly, I mention this again, the ONLY reason for this error is the one I’ve already mentioned, so you’re definitely missing something.

please tell your costumer that the plugin not work will all theme , so they pay there money for nothing!

but your support tell me “I checked your website and found that your theme is adding defer in all of firebase scripts, so maybe there is some option to disable them in your theme settings or you should contact your theme developer and ask them about how to not use defer in third party scripts. “
and my theme (AdsForest) is one of best theme in world!
Its not a bug, your theme is adding this unnecessary in our plugin and that’s what’s causing the issue, there is no way we can control this. Any btw, there are multiple please using the same theme without any issue. So its pretty clear that you are not aware of your theme features and have something enabled without any necessity.

Its not from any plugin, its from your theme and you need to contact your theme for its support.
I purchased this plugin because I saw that is integrated with woocommerce. But this plugin works only with login and signup forms. I just wish to use it for order confirmation. There are more professional plugins which covers everything in wordpress and its less expensive. e.g. miniorange which is $19.

When I have your plugin active our website TTFB (Time To First Byte) is very slow at about 7.5 seconds. Without your plugin active our website TTFB response is just about 1.2 seconds. Huge difference, and not good for users to wait so long before website responds, and we must find a solution to keep using DIGITS plugin. Thank you for helping.

Thank you. Yes received the email. I explained to your support that I installed a cache plugin before they viewed the site and I also had to use an additional plugin filter to disable Digits on unnecessary pages to keep page speed time up. Not sure why with your plugin has increased the TTFB significantly but at least the cache helps. Thank you for the fast reply. Appreciate it!

I talked to my team about this for more information and yes you’re kinda right. Its not exactly an issue with plugin but a feature is needed to be implemented which is dependent on woocommerce right now, but those guys changed its working. The quickest solution to this would be to set a country as default country in out settings and that would bypass the geolocation feature. Or else you can enter geolocation api key in WooCommerce Settings—> Integrations and those things would solve make it better. But still we are planning to delink this from woocommerce so it doesnt have any dependency and we are already working on finding alternate solutions for this which might be added very soon in the plugin itself. Regarding email OTP feature, that’s in consideration too
