This plugin is no longer kept up to date, only one cursor works, no configuration tabs apart from the style one and even there it does not work. I absolutely do not recommend and would like a refund, thank you.

i really love that plugin. Now i have the problem that the cursor is not be shown over any modal box. I want to open order-forms in modal boxes, but i can’t find a way for the cursor to be seen. The z-index in the cursors .css is 9999. Can you help me? I don’t want to miss this awesome cursor on my page.

Hi im using the themeco pro theme for my website the bigger circle in the cursor seem to go under the footer. Is there a work around for this? Themeco pro theme uses a separate footer and header sections for each page if your familiar with what im talking about.

Hi I just bought the plugin. It works but I cannot apply any style from Custom Cursor panel. Even color.
I found a cache problem. I am working on a Mac in Firefox and Chrome. I can see changes after 5 refreshes and cache clear. Also plugin works only in home page. It stops on other pages. Finally can I change attributes such as circle size or opacities or z-index?
I discovered that I have a Ajax Loader for page to page transitions. If I disable it plugin seems to work. Is there any solution? Can I run it on some event click again?
Hi, Sorry for delay in answer – we are having issues due to current coronavirus situation.
Our plugin doesn’t work on pages using AJAX transitions. The only solution is to disable Ajax Loader. If that’s no good you are fully eligible for a refund.

Hey guys, On my site I’ve got the default cursor hovering above the custom one still. Is there any way to get rid of the defualt cursor so it’s solely the custom cursor throughout the site?

Hello, I have got 2 problems with your plugin:
- Problem 1, z-index is to low and the cursor is not displaying above my menu (I can fix that in CSS file but it’s changing back every time I do the changes in the plugin dashboard) – I think it would be the best to add z-index to the settings
- Problem 2, the cursor is not visible on 18+ years agreement.
The plugin is currently turned off because of those bugs.
Hey, It all seems to be z-index issue. Thanks for reporting, we’ll update the plugin and add z-index setting soon. In meanwhile, you can edit z-indexes (there are two) in ba_customcursor/assets/jquery.customcursor.css
Please re-save plugin settings after you edit css file.
