Please ask support to respond to my ticket. I’ve been waiting two days for a solution and no response. When I have your plugin active our website TTFB (Time To First Byte) is very slow at about 7.5 seconds. Without your plugin active our website TTFB response is just about 1.2 seconds. Huge difference, and not good for users to wait so long before website responds, and we must find a solution to keep using DIGITS plugin. Thank you for helping.

Thank you. Yes received the email. I explained to your support that I installed a cache plugin before they viewed the site and I also had to use an additional plugin filter to disable Digits on unnecessary pages to keep page speed time up. Not sure why with your plugin has increased the TTFB significantly but at least the cache helps. Thank you for the fast reply. Appreciate it!

I talked to my team about this for more information and yes you’re kinda right. Its not exactly an issue with plugin but a feature is needed to be implemented which is dependent on woocommerce right now, but those guys changed its working. The quickest solution to this would be to set a country as default country in out settings and that would bypass the geolocation feature. Or else you can enter geolocation api key in WooCommerce Settings—> Integrations and those things would solve make it better. But still we are planning to delink this from woocommerce so it doesnt have any dependency and we are already working on finding alternate solutions for this which might be added very soon in the plugin itself. Regarding email OTP feature, that’s in consideration too

1. How do I show the eye icon to reveal the typed password to the user to verify what they have typed. The way you have programmed provides no way for user to check their password. All they see is stars and they also not asked to type their password two times which automatically should verify the password typed.
2. When using WooCommerce Plugin – Custom User Registration Fields that allows users to Upload any document at registration stage, Digit’s plugin has issues with document upload & save. When I disable DIGITs plugin the document gets uploaded & saved but when Digits is in use the document doesn’t get upload or saved.
3. How can I use Digits plugin, where I use WooCom’s standard design of registration form but only ADD Digit’s OTP verify field to it ?

1. Its not possible at the moment and we have no plans to include that too as most browsers are implementing this feature from their end.
2. Even thought we have not tested the plugin with this plugin and have no idea how there third party plugins work but still if you want us to take a look please create a support ticket on https://help.unitedover.com. Also please note that the plugin you linked is not an official plugin from woocommerce, its just being sold on their platform
3. If the form is built on woocommerce standards then it will automatically get integrated.

Our cargo plug-in, which we purchased from different software developers, works with “verimor” Gateway.

Hi Can we setup Digits plugin works like the model below
Step 1. User click register, then the box request them enter the mobile phone display. (The text: I don’t have phone number display under, if they check that, the email field will display) They Enter the phone number and get the verification code
Step 2. If they don’t have phone on step 1 and choose email, the password field display to ask them enter the password. If they have phone, skip this step and move to step 3.
Step 3 (Only if the step 1 is phone): The password field display ask them enter the password, and the email field display as well (optional).
I think above is the best model for the plugin.

In our app we use JWT authorization to generate access token and for login we are using your Digit Plugin. Login working fine, but facing issue with JWT token.
Your digit seems not working properly with JWT authorization. I contacted with your support, but sorry to say, still i didn’t get any response.

We have not tested the plugin with buddyboss yet, but I am sure that our forms will totally work with this plugin.
For SMS, that’s correct. For more you can read on https://digits.unitedover.com/faq . Secondly those are verifications and not messages.
We are using invisible recaptcha with Digits, so it only pops up when needed. For demo we have different gateways setup for different countries.

And to make sure I understand your answer correctly to my first question. It is possible to only allow signups with users by mobile phone only? I want to disable email confirmation and use only SMS.
And in your experience does using SMS OTP greatly reduce the number of scammers and spammers from signing up on social networks? We have had problems with scammers signing up just to use private messaging in attempt to scam others. I want to eliminate this as much as possible.

No, there is no specific reason, infact we would suggest you to use firebase for maximum deliverability. Configuring different gateways is only beneficial if you have dedicated customers from the country you know.
Yes, you can just have mobile signups, no emails.
Yes, it definitely reduces the quantity of fake/dummy accounts as people can’t buy out numbers in bulk, which they can do with emails.

No, there is no customization needed to use digits. Instructor registration form? What does that mean!
STM LMS is for students and instructors. So both can register. For instructor, there is check box to choose to register as instructor and there will be more fields. U guy better test is out before promise to customer. If it is working, then make it happen.

Hi i wanna khnow when a user register just with otp, what is the user password (i really like one click login/register addon)? because if user want to sign in with password need to set password by wwocommerce edit account page and woocommerce form asked the current password to let you change it. So what we have to do with this problem? i really wanna buy it but i cant undrestand how to solve this problem. maybe the plugin needs the option to deactive the current password field in user edit account page or a password generator for first time that user need to set a password. i can do it by editing the woocomerce code directly. but i have to do it after any update. thanks.

Once you enable password login on your website a button for reset password will also appear. So users will be able to reset their password using OTP, without the need of current password. For the current scenario, if you have having password disabled from signin page then you can hide the password change field from my-account page using css.
