I have your plugin from envato elements but I am getting an error every-time I try and save the shortcode. This is obviously an underlying issue in the plugin:

I want to offer 500 Podcasts which should be streamed (not downloadable). A preview of each podcast should be possible (e.g. 30/60/90 seconds). You have a feature of Minimum order value in the plugin. That holds good for Home Delivery but, by default it is also applicable on Store Pick Up orders. How to make sure that the minimum order value holds good only for Home Delivery and not store pick ups?

We are facing issues/bugs after installation and we have raised a ticket on your Quantum Cloud platform on 24th August. But there has been no response on the bug fixes. Our customers are complaining and our business is being affected. We are compelled to raise this issue again. Please address our problems immediately, otherwise, we will have no option but to demand a refund and look for alternate plugins.

Bug-1:

The Quantity field suddenly expands every time any item is added to cart and this field remains expanded till the cart is updated.

Bug-2:

The Quantity Increment buttons (up/down arrows) do not appear in the mobile layout of our express shop page, they only appear in desktop layout but we need these arrows in our mobile view as well.

Bug-3:

The header of our website gets thicker and become fixed on all the other pages if we fix the Categories Carousel of Express Shop. We want our page header to be thinner as before but we need to fix the category carousel on the express shop page only.

Bug-4:

If we fix the Categories Carousel without fixing the header, then there is a gap between the Category Carousel and the page header which does not look good for our website.

Bug-5:

The express shop page is not very stable and very quickly redirects to the View Cart page without any trigger after only a few items added to cart, which annoys our customers/users. Our customers need a long time to shop as many as 50-60 items (or even more), so we want the express shop page to be stable.

Please resolve these bugs as soon as possible and if required we are willing to provide you access to our wp-admin so that you may resolve this issue as quickly as possible. But we need these bug fixes to please our customers who have been waiting for a long time.
