Is this plugin suitable? Can I connect 100 different forms to 100 different accounts?
Also, can the ‘due date’ be relative to TODAY eg. TODAY+5days?

1. Yes, as far as I can understand, you can get the expected result given that your user has access to all boards.
Integration is configurable only for one account (user) trello. The plugin will be able to create a card on all boards on which this account (user) can create cards.

2. Yes, you can specify the number of days, the date, and also use the relative format, that is, you can specify “+5 day” (more info – https://www.php.net/manual/en/datetime.formats.relative.php).

To be honest, I doubt `Elementor Pro Form Widget` (This is a contact form generator – https://elementor.com/widgets/form-widget/ ) supports `ACF`.
Unfortunately, there is no possibility of updating existing cards in Trello, since it is not entirely clear by what principle to search for the card needed to update, so the plugin only creates new cards based on the sent data.
