Very inconvenient and difficult navigation for students and teachers. To get to a live conference, you need to go through a lot of unnecessary steps. There is no simplicity, it would be better to make a separate link on the site – Live Class.

Yes you can host multiple live class at the same time, but for separate courses. For a single course, you can host 1 zoom live class at once. Instructors can setup their own live streaming classes, no problem with that, instruction given in the documentation how to do that. Zoom meeting will be on the course website. Instructor needs to start the meeting from their mobile or desktop zoom app, but students can login to their academy lms portal and access the live class. Anddroid app currently not supports the live stream. But we are doing research on it, if possible to bring it in the mobile app too.

1. Will students have access to zoom meeting IDS and password or they will be automatically logged in to start the live video? If they can have access to it is mean they share the zoom details for others to login ?
Students won’t be able to see the zoom meeting id password information. Academy lms will hide them from student and only valid student will be able to join the live class.
the ‘addon’ has a glitch when student refresh the meeting page will enter as a new student without deleting the old user from meeting list so it’s one user but it show as two user or more with same name, it’s depends on refresh times.

It is depending on the zoom api. Zoom will automatically control if someone exits by accident or refresh the page. It might take a while to notice the change. But it’s not a security issue, because unauthorised user won’t get any chance to join the meeting. So no worries.

if i host a training course with 500 student , the training course will run on my server or the Zoom server ? i mean can my shared server handle a great number of participants at the same time ?

Hi, I installed this addon but creating a live class is not working, having a error of ‘The meeting number is not found.’, I check all the code but did not find any code where the meeting is creating for a giving meeting id or password. can you help me thanks.
also there was issue in the CDN, It was a different issue, I update the CDN to 1.7.9 and it resolved.

Repeated followup for mobile Support and that’s one of the important support and desktop 10% students have and use and kindly update with mobile support ..urgent fix will be a great relief ..my investment over 1500$ looks meaningless now
