when my clients make a booking the page just loads and loads. The booking comes through to my side but does not send a confirmation email to the client. Also I would like to know I I could rearrange my columns. Looking forward to your reply

Hi there. Firstly, thank you for making such a useful and awesome plugin Unfortunatley we’re having issues with the Timetables plugin provided by the Physiotherapy theme. There seems to be an issue using Contact Form 7 or wpforms along with your plugin. Contact Form 7 will just sit there forever with a spinning logo trying to send a mail. wpforms returns the following PHP error (full filepath redacted):

If you have purchased theme with plugin with it, you need to contact theme author and ask for help. To get access to our support you need to purchase plugin license separately and create a topic on our support forum.
Hi there. I have contacted the Physiotherapy theme author. We have tested the plugin in a fresh install of WordPress with the same versions as above, and have the same issues. I beleive the theme author has contacted you regarding this now.

Can appointments be recurring? E.g. user X needs to automatically be reserved at timeslots Y and Z every week.
Yes, user will receive booking email confirmation with cancel url. Also admin can remove booking in dashboard. Appointments are recurring by default and stays as long as you won’t remove them.
Hi there, I’m using Timetable plugin which is bundled in WP THEME called KIDDIE by Zoutula. I’m having an error which is blocking my widget area from working as I cannot expand widget area. I found it is related to Timetable plugin as when it is deactivated everything works normally. Does anyone know how to fix this…?

Got it fixed with theme author! Thanks anyway! In case some people would have problems with Kiddie theme using Timetable plugin keep in your mind to use the latest version and flush the browser cache.

I’ve got a question before buying your plugin. Is there any way (could be with additional Plugins or however) to let a specific user sign up for only a specified number of events?
Example: User with a specific role is doing a trial. In that trial, he is allowed to take a maximum of 10 Courses. He can choose any course but never register for more than 10. Once he did 10 Courses, he can’t register for any event/course anymore.
Any ideas?:)

You can set maximum number of available slots for each event hour, you can also set number of slots available to book by single user for each event hour. There is no option to set maximum number of events allowed to book by specific user.
Good afternoon. It’s a lovely plugin, but i am having problems sharing two events at the same time (Crossfit and Kickboxing for example) Also in desktop/ipad mode the timeline is destroyed.

This plugin originally came as part of my theme “Be Fit” it looks as though its not offered anymore. Do you know if your latest version is compatible with the BE FIT theme?

Hello, I love your plugin but I have a huge problem. I installed the demo content but when I try to edit one of the demo pages Iam getting a error message (critical error). Why? Other pages working great.

Presale Question: When someone clicks the “Book Now” button, what actually happens once they log in? Can they make a payment for the class/event that they are booking?
Email with booking confirmation (content customizable) will be send to customer and administrator. Then window with configurable thank you message will be displayed. So if you need payment button, you can put it in thank you message and/or email, anyway payments are not integrated by default.

Please note that I bought your plugin for another site/Theme, which is in production and works great.
However, before buying another license for another Site/Theme, I first wanted to test if it can work without any issues since the new site/Theme also came with Events standard template/module embedded on it.
Your plugin works fine for couple of hours or days but stop working due to conflicting Events directory / Permalinks from the main Theme.
Therefore, I am experiencing a conflict for Events directory/ Permalinks i.e. www.mydomain/events/*
Please help!

Yes, it is possible. User after booking is receiving email confirmation with cancel url. Date/hour is not available. Event is available for booking just after you will set available slots for it.

You can use description fields to show a price information. For each event hour there are 2 description areas which you can use to display some custom content.

Yes, it is. Please note that you will need to create separate timetable columns for each language and assign hours to them separately. Then when you will put timetable on translated page, you can choose in shortcode generator which columns should be displayed.
This plugin breaks the revolution slider at 6.2.22 version with WP 5.5. The slider appears blank and cannot load, when I deactivate Timetable plugin it turns back to normal. Any solution? Thanks.

No, we don’t have any similar reports, we are also using Revolution Slider on our end and in some of our themes with Timetable included and there are no conflicts.
my end customer is getting a free website as they are a not for profit amateur sports club which i volunteer at, but they charge a small fee for their sessions, are there any special licenses for this circumstance? or what license do they need
